In March, I helped plan my childhood friend's service, for his family, and Mr. Bailey and his team were amazing every step of the way. Andre wasn't pushy or salesy like some other funeral homes we visited -- he listened to our budget and helped us choose the right package without trying to upsell us. When I noticed some photos missing from the slideshow, Mr. Bailey immediately redid the whole thing to include them, which meant so much. He checked in with us often and made sure everything ran smoothly. My friend's mom felt so comfortable with him -- you could tell he truly cared. They also have a great space connected to the funeral home for a celebration of life gathering, which made it convenient for family and friends to come together afterward. The service was flawless, the director Dana was amazing from start to finish, having to plan from a distance she made it seamless and easy and reassured me everything would turn out beautiful and it did. Her team Roland, Armani, and Keyon's and Maria were all amazing they showed empathy, sympathy, and welcomed us all in gracefully. They all did amazing and we are forever thankful to have found them. Highly recommend this place if you're wanting to give your beloved the farewell they deserve. From every question to every detail they were able to bring it to life even the last min request without hesitation or complaint they didn't make us feel like a burden. He got my father together in Las Vegas and got everything squared away for him to be transported to North Carolina where he was born. Omg I'm not sure where to start. We experienced the loss of two family members seven days apart. Due to the gravity of the situation, and not being able to think properly we originally picked a horrible funeral home. They treated us so poorly. Immediately we decided to have our loved ones moved. After making a few calls Serenity Funeral Home was recommended to us within 20mins of leaving the original funeral home. When I called, Dana answered right away and when I tell you the absolute best... I mean just that! Dana's customer service was top tier. I explained the what happened and that we were looking for somewhere that could handle a huge double service. I explained what we needed, she then proceeded to calm my spirit and asked for 5mins to get a quote together. Exactly 5mins later she called back and gave us a price we couldn't turn down. Then she went on to explain everything that was offered in the service. She reassured us several times that we were in good hands. She listened she was patient and had beautiful energy about her. We set up a date to come in the next day. She gave me her number and told me if I had any questions to call/text her anytime. The next day she confirmed the time and advised me that we will be meeting with Daron. When arrived and were welcomed in by Dana. Extremely pleasant, offered us beverages and let us know Daron would be with us shortly. Meeting with Daron was way more than expected. He was there to make sure we got what me wanted, he too assured us that service would be great. Daron was available when we needed him and made it happen. He is such a pleasure to work with. Armani!! Mr. Bailey was very professional and caring. I didn't expect my mom to pass. I was in a daze. When I went into Serinty, there was a guy there, I believe named Darin. He was very aloof and a bit off, especially with his professionalism not what I expected. I was leaving to go to another funeral home, and I saw a business card for Mr. Bailey. I grabbed it on my way out. Gave the number a call just to see if it was the entire funeral home or just one person who wasn't professional. When my sister died I requested that she be brought here to Serenity Funeral Home. Everyone was so incredibly nice. Dana, Daron, and Maria were helpful and informative. I had the opportunity to come and see my sister after she was dressed but before she had her makeup done. Let me tell you she was absolutely beautiful. She looked like she did when she was home sleeping. Dewey the embalmer did a fantastic job, he's great at what he does. Makeup was done by Armani, I think that's his name. Wonderful facility that made our grief easier..They went above and beyond at every step at every turn thru entire process! The entire staff are so gracious so warming! We used Serenity Funeral Home for our Grandmother back in September 2023. My grandmother was casketed and prepped by Serenity, and all arrangements were made over the phone as I live out of state. When she arrived in California, she was beautiful. The family had wanted a closed casket, but once they seen how peaceful and like herself she looked they changed their minds, which I am forever grateful for. The price was exactly what she quoted me. I started communicating with serenity funeral home in mid August when my mother was placed in hospice. Dana was my point of contact and answered my many questions seamlessly. I had never experienced death so close to me, truly I did not know what to do. Every person I spoke with at Serenity truly guided my siblings and I through it all. When the time came I felt comfortable sending mom to be in their care. We arrived at their office to discuss day of services, plan and pay and just like they had done over the phone the were cordial, respectful and attentive. On the day of services of course things went wrong (at the start) as events usually go but it wasn't major things. Roland and Sierra were our day of host and they went above and beyond to assist us. They invited my siblings and I to close moms casket and my oldest son to roll her out. While these moments may be traditional, we didn't know about them or expect them but they meant so much to us. I truly can not give enough stars to this funeral home, while not the happiest of reasons they made the experience seamless, stressless. Dana and the team took great care of my husband. The service was very nice, and the flowers were incredibly beautiful. Andre, the service attendant, was by my side making sure it went the way I wanted it to. He helped me through what I needed to do at the service because I was a little lost as one can imagine. I booked with short notice, and they made it happen. Every step of the process was made a little easier with all of the help they gave me. My husband looked good; I was not expecting that as I have not experienced an open casket that went well as of yet. This was a great relief. I really feel like they took such good care of him and me as well. A little kindness and caring goes a long way in helping with such a hard and terrible thing to have to do. My sister's body, upon viewing was swollen to the point of looking completely unlike her. Her skin was shades darker than the photographs we provided. The original clothes that were provided for the viewing no longer fit and were too small. Consequently a larger set of clothing had to be purchased. Upon entering the venue, no one handed out obituaries, and members of her immediate family had to ask for one. Lastly, this funeral home is located in an industrial park area. If you are looking for a green grassy, peaceful locale---this is not it. This awful situation only compounded our grief. read more

I have never in my life seen from any other funeral home the type of love and compassion that Serenity shows to their customers. They greet you with a hug, comfort you when you cry, they're very professional and great at what they do. My son face was bruised badly but OMGOODNESS!! I was so amazed at how wonderful they made my son look and most of all he looked like himself. They take a lot of stress off of the family by taking care of some of the things that you'll usually do. They were on time for the funeral services and all. Their prices are very reasonable and they work with you the best way they can.
