They made sure we understood what to expect every step of the way, which brought so much comfort during such an overwhelming process. The transport team arrived at our home quickly and treated my dad with a level of care and respect that truly stood out--honestly, even more than the medical transport he received before he passed. That meant everything to our family. They were also so patient and understanding with our unique and somewhat confusing request to divide my dad's ashes between multiple urns. They handled it with kindness and professionalism without ever making us feel like it was a burden. Ms. Jaye and Dominique, in particular, provided customer service that I will never forget. Their compassion and dedication made a lasting impact on our family. Care Cremation truly made a very difficult time much easier, and I am deeply grateful for their care and support. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of these services.

Losing my mom has been one of the hardest experiences of my life, and during a time when I felt overwhelmed and heartbroken, they helped guide me through every step of the process with patience, understanding, and genuine care. They answered my many questions, eased my worries, and made an incredibly difficult time a little easier to navigate. I especially want to recognize Michael, who assisted me throughout the process. His kindness, professionalism, and compassion made such a difference during one of the most difficult times in my life. While Michael was my primary point of contact, every member of the staff was caring, supportive, and treated my family with genuine respect. Most importantly, they treated my mother with such dignity and helped create a beautiful service that truly honored her life. What may be part of their everyday work was one of the most important days of my life, and their kindness will never be forgotten. I will always be grateful for the care they showed me and my family during such a difficult time. Andre wasn't pushy or salesy like some other funeral homes we visited -- he listened to our budget and helped us choose the right package without trying to upsell us. He checked in with us often and made sure everything ran smoothly. My friend's mom felt so comfortable with him -- you could tell he truly cared. They also have a great space connected to the funeral home for a celebration of life gathering, which made it convenient for family and friends to come together afterward. Our mother died on a Friday and there was no one at their office to let us know what the next steps should be. On Monday, we physically went to their office and was told it would not be until possibly the end of the week before they could cremate but they would call us. NO CALLS. Another weekend went by and back to their office on the following Monday. It is now 10 days since my mother's passing. They "thought" the cremation took place on Friday or Saturday but not sure. They would call and let us know. Suffice it to say no calls or communication. Went there today 8/22 (she died on 8/08) and was told they have been very busy and didn't have time to call us. We finally picked everything up today after putting up a little fuss. It is so sad that during this most trying time Kraft Sussman dropped the ball and created more stress and heartache.

They are very short staffed and the whole time I was planning the service the phones were down, maybe 1 out of 8 times I called I was able to get through, so this made the process a bit more frustrating, luckily I was a bit more removed from the loss (father-in-law) so I was able to be patient and plan it for my family. If you have suffered a devastating loss and don't have anyone to help you plan it, this is not the place for you. If you want to do something simple, have people who are willing to help and have control over the entire experience, this place may be right for you. When they tell you, you have the option to create a slideshow, you have to create the entire thing and bring your laptop in, not a USB drive. They do let you come in a day early to test out your slideshow and make sure it works, and When they tell you to bring your own laptop in a day early, make sure to do so, and not bring in a flash drive (I cannot count for a different circumstance in which the funeral Director or IT people are on hand, but for me, it was kind of a learn on your own experience and we were not able to be successful. They have an entire set up where you're able to plug your own laptop in and it should be able to play something on their TVs, but you cannot usetheir computer/laptop. So make sure you have a laptop that can connect via HDMI. We did not. We only had a MacBook that has USB-C connection and they had no solution for us. We were unable to play our slideshow, and that is a bummer. Outside of the technical issues that could've been fixed by IT, the only other issues we ran into were short staffing, we never spoke with the funeral director. We had another lady, Janelle, who was very kind and as helpful as she could be, but not the correct person who is in charge of things who can answer questions or get any IT things done. She told me they were incredibly short staffed. So I was trying to be as understanding as possible. This is a very sensitive and difficult time in somebody's life so my opinion is that places like a funeral home should have things sorted, planned and able to run smoothly. We did a simple memorial, came in early and decorated ourselves. Purchased and had printed everything ourselves. This is a wonderful space for a memorial service, especially if you know the ropes and are able to do it all yourself seamlessly. If you're looking for a place to help handle everything for the loss of a loved one, we cannot speak to the cremation or help picking out caskets or urns, but as far as helping plan our memorial service there was nobody to help, so again, depending on what you're looking for this could be a great choice or a regrettable choice. Overall, we are pleased with the facility. It was very clean and easily rearrangeable. Janelle was very accommodating and kind and had a calm demeanor. She did help calm me down at one point where I was getting a little upset and I appreciate that. My intention was not to make anybody else feel bad but in these delicate situations stress is a hard emotion to deal with when you want everything to run seamlessly to honor your losses loved one.
