Not sure why the poor reviews a Parker friend warned me not to go there based on Nextdoor reviews I don't usually like urgent care service - it's a funny thing since covid - you think there's no one there with waiting rooms being near empty, so when you have to wait you think they are being lazy Meanwhile they have patients stacked in the back This staff was kind, when I called, told me to check in before we drove Ps they were the only clinic around with a working xray machine and a tech this day () When we got there they reminded us that they had patients stacked in the back and might be a while The Triage nurse was kind The PA was so amazing I asked her advice about her own general Dr (too bad she didn't live around here) I rarely think any urgent care is worth our high copay but I was grateful today! read more

My first visit was ok, I felt like I had strep(I've had it a million times so I knew) i tested positive and they perscribed me antibiotics for 10 days. A week after taking the antibiotics I felt the strep was back, went in again and they did not even run another strep test! They Said it LOOKED ok it's Probably just a sore throat. Nope, next morning it felt worse, I begged my real doctors office to get me in and they ran a strep test and it WAS positive again!!! It felt like this place was MILKING me for every cent I have and get me in as many times as possible. I would have had to go back in to them a 3rd time to have them run the 2nd test, when they could of done it while I was there! So I paid these guys to treat me..... then had to turn around the next day on Monday for my real doctors office to actually listen to me! read more

Flu season is back so my wife and I went here to be treated. Initial care was great, they even followed up with a phone call the next day to see if we were doing better. Unfortunately, we were not doing better so we called back three times and were told we would receive a call back from the doctor. That never happened. Don't go to this urgent care. I've tried to come here multiple times and left for various reasons before even being seen. This time, they wanted to charge me $500 when my copay for urgent care visits is $80. I showed the guy my insurance card which clearly says it and he wouldn't change it. I went to the 20 Mile Urgent Care down the road and was immediately seen and charged the right amount, so just go there and don't even bother with this place. Dr. Stephanie was completely condescending for the entire 2 minutes she bothered to see me...after waiting for 2 hours to be seen. Can't understand why it takes so long to be seen when they spend so little time with you. There is no point in checking in in advance - you still wait for hours. Dr. Bellville is my biggest complaint about our experience. He was unprofessional and condescending. In the interest of full disclosure, my daughter had been home with a cough, slight congestion, "fever" of 99.4, and debilitating stomach pain. I had grown weary and wary, and wondered if she was as sick as she said. I gave the doctor that indication at the onset. BUT-- The way in which he managed it was the worst I've experienced in my 50 years as a patient. He asked what was going on with my daughter. I told him about her symptoms, that we'd been to the pediatrician earlier that week and she felt my daughter's stomach and heard noise which she said indicated irritation. He LITERALLY laughed at me. I told him we had gotten a COVID test for her on Tuesday but it was within 24 hours of symptoms so I didn't know if that was a false negative. He said that almost no one has COVID with gastrointestinal issues. That is the opposite of what the pediatrician had said. So now I was torn, but I was thinking if I believe anyone I'm believing the doctor who specializes in children. I went on to say she had a low fever of 99.4. "That's not a fever," he interjected. "Well it's not normal," I said. "It's en elevated temperature," he responded. It was like he had something to prove in superiority. I then asked, "What's going on? Because you are acting like you don't believe there is something wrong with her," and he deflected and said "this is just a weird appointment, that's all. Go on. Did you get the vaccine?" he asked. I said no. He LITERALLY whispered under his breath, "well that's stupid." We got vax-shamed by the doctor! At ALL COSTS do not see this doctor. I could be leaving a better review for the other experience we had here a year ago, when my son developed an allergy to shell fish. Unlike a previous poster's experience, they rushed us in. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I walked in for a simple quick drug test for employment. Walked up to the front desk and she told me to take a seat and wait till she checked the others in. There were 4 people in the waiting area. Waited over 20 minutes and she still had not checked anyone in or acknowledged me. Once I checked in, she was actually very sweet and explained that they decided not to fully staffed today. I understand these places are short staffed but when it sounds like they're short staffed on purpose it's very frustrating. Visit took over an hour for a 1 minute drug test.... This place will scam you out of hundreds of dollars. They did it to my daughter last year and just tried to do it to me again today. We met our out of pocket max months ago. We've paid nothing out of pocket in that time. I went in and they said I owed $190. They did the same thing to my daughter last year. She tried to argue that we'd hit our max and they said if it was really true that they would issue a refund. They NEVER issued a refund, even when it was shown we'd already hit our max. Today, they tried to do the same thing. I went in with proof of having hit our OOP max and they said their system didn't show that (not my problem if their system is incorrect) and that if I didn't pony up $190 (which never mind the fact I wouldn't be charged that much after insurance anyway!), they wouldn't see me. Signed up to hold my place in line at 8:00 am. Called on 3 separate occasions (after 2:00) to see if they might have an idea when I might be called to come in. I was put on hold each time for more than an hour combined. Called again at 4 and no answer or voicemail, the phone just kept ringing. Finally spoke to someone at 5:00 and was told I had an appt at noon that I missed. I explained that my email said they'd reach out to me to let me know when to come in and I heard nothing. Unapologetically, she offered no explanation other than, "it was texted to you". NO IT WASN'T. I've been sitting here waiting to get in. Refreshing my email over and over again. Zero stars is not nearly low enough to describe what I went through here. I came here with pretty intense neck pain to the point where the doctor began asking me questions at the front desk before I even checked in. She told me what she could do for me, which while it wasn't a lot it was enough. I checked in thinking that would be the care I would receive. The nurse calls me back, and when I say this woman was the nastiest thing I have ever spoken to, I'm making an understatement. She was rude with me, snippy about me asking which exam room I was going into, and without consulting the doctor I had just spoken to, told me they would not be able to tre me. She took my vitals and slammed the door behind her. I was baffled. The doctor apologized on her behalf, and treated me as she told me she would, and I left. I chose to come here based on my insurance app's recommendation. Ultimately I got what I needed and for the most part it was a good experience. However, I did the online check-in as well as uploading all my information online before going in. I was texted to come in not too long after, but still ended up sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes before being seen. This isn't terrible I know, but I just didn't expect to wait hardly any time since they were 'ready for me'. The nurse/medical assistant or whatever she was, was just not friendly or professional. She asked me some questions but every time I answered she was very short and cut me off. Not very welcoming. The doctor, dr. Bryan was great though. She was friendly and warm, a complete 180 from the girl before. After waiting on lab results for a short time, the first girl comes back in. She opens the door and says "wait. What's your name again???"... Overall I'm glad I was able to be treated and that the doctor was nice, but I would try somewhere else next time I'm ever in need of an urgent care. read more

Don't be Fooled. If you check in online you are still NOT in the queue until you arrive at the facility. The webpage and the text sent would have you believe that you are, but you're not. They don't put you in line until you've paid. So after waiting at home for an hour, I received a text telling me, "we're ready for you to come in - please proceed to the registration desk at Parker to finalize your registration. We'll see you soon!" You're still not in the queue. I chose this location because I was deceived into believing that the wait would be shorter than if I just showed up. It isn't. Honestly shocked to see the poor reviews. I did the online process where I quickly registered online, uploaded my insurance & everything. They then texted me when I could come to the office which was at the time I had suggested. I arrived, made sure my paperwork was correct and was ready to go. I only waited in the lobby maybe 10 min? The whole process was extremely quick and easy. After being seen by the nurse, I only waited 5 min for Dr Bellville and he was extremely thorough and easy to understand. I had to finally post a review, this is my 3rd visit and the last one. The doctors are good but the overall service is Very slow, sluggish and nothing about here is urgent, the average wait time can be anywhere between 2 to 4 hours after you have checked online. Today I am waiting for more than three and a half hours just to get someone to check on me. If you are looking for urgent care, don't place any hopes on this urgent care. read more

I woke up the morning to a sick 6 month old who was having difficulty breathing. I quickly packed him up and drove to the nearest urgent care (We live 20 minutes outside of Parker). We arrived 10 minutes prior to opening but was hoping they would let me in early as I was worried my sons oxygen levels were low. As I knocked on the door, the receptionist stood up pointed to her watch and shrugged her shoulders. I then proceeded to hold up my sons car seat so she would see I was not there for myself but my baby. She continued to do the same gestures and refused to let me in. Thankfully we made it to my pediatricians who was another ten minutes away and they promptly saw me without an appointment and my son was put on oxygen. To the extremely rude receptionist, I hope the next time a struggling individual shows up at the doors, even if it's 10 minutes until opening, you will show a little more empathy and compassion. read more

Went in for a dog bite from a known dog. Thankfully we were seen right away so 1 star. HOWEVER, the physician took an X-ray of only one angle and then stitched up the bite!! So far I've been here for 3 1/2 hours and no one is coming to save me. I came in trying to get a swab up my nose because I'm sick and think it might be covid. I was told to come inside via text and that they were ready for me. Boy was that wrong. I waited in the waiting room for about 2 1/2 hours. I'm going on 3 1/2 hours and they finally swabbed me and told me "20 minutes" it's been 45 minutes to an hour. I'm starting to doubt someone is coming to save me. My son had a severe allergy attack and his eyes were very iterated, red, and swollen shut. After waiting an hour and a half, we were seen for 10 minutes and rushed out the door with a prescription being told it was pink eye. Only to wake up the next morning and his case was extremely worse. We returned, waited 2 hours, (were the only ones there) and was given more eye drops and rushed out the door again. Only to find out a week later from an eye doctor it was never pink eye and on the wrong medication!!!! The clinic also told me we were out of network only to find out we WERE.... He will be receiving a special award this week. The web check-in was not working so we went into the Parker Clinic. The receptionist knew that the web check-in was down and refused to help us. I do not believe that this reflects the CareNow® purpose of "helping people return to what they value in their lives". Shouldn't there be a contingency plan for how to help patients when your web check-in doesn't work. CareNow® just recently started asking for people being tested for Covid-19 to do the web check-in. Are you telling me the company's who states their vision is "to be the leading provider of urgent care services in the nation" can't figure out how to check-in patients without a working IT service. We are all in a altered state due to the pandemic, but when you are let down by those you are counting on to help you it is disappointing. I needed your help and because your IT service wasn't working you turned me away. Even though your mission is "to deliver quality, convenient, patient-centered urgent care with unparalleled service that supports HCA's mission to care for and improve human Life." If your Mission, Purpose, and Vision do not fit into how you are working through the pandemic maybe you need to revise it to fit into the new state of things. read more

They estimated my wait to be about 2 hours which is nothing for ER waiting times in a pandemic. They even let me wait in my car and called me via phone when it was my turn to come back. This place I've tried twice and both time have been terrible. The wait is unreal(with nobody there) and second their rude!!!! The last visit I waited 30 mins with nobody there then went back to a room and waited over an hour. When I went out to ask what was going on the lady at the front was terrible and barley answered me so I had to track down a doctor on the other side of the urgent care and she said the doctor went to a meeting??? You have GOT to be kidding me?! A dog bit my finger all the way to the bone and this was the closest place. I REALLY WISH IT WASN'T! When I left, I had to pay $20 out of pocket. They said my insurance was great and it covered the rest in it's entirety. A couple months has passed and I received a letter from a debt collector for $207!!! No bill from the urgent care, just a straight up debt collector! I didn't even know I owed this and now I need to deal with getting this off my credit? What a horrible experience all together! We went there this last Sunday because my husband had a fever of 105. We waited a really long time, they did a flu test which was negative. The doctor didn't even listen to my husbands lungs, was told it was probably the flu and gave us tamiflu. He is now hospitalized and septic with bacterial pneumonia. 3 days later. This place sucks. After suffering a fall of the patio, I waited almost a week to go in. But the pain was severe, and did not resolve on it's own. I was also having trouble walking. So I went to this Urgent Clinic on a Saturday afternoon. It was not crowded, but the receptionist acted like I was bothering her. It did not take too long to see a PA, (Physician's Assistant), and he ordered X-rays. I was really out of mind with pain, so he ordered a pain medication. I had clearly told him what other medication I was on, but the pain medication he ordered was not compatible with my other medication, and I had complications. I called to report this, and they did not answer the phone for two whole days. When they did answer, they then said come back in, which I did. I saw a Dr. who told me I had no fracture and I said I find this hard to believe. So he showed me the Radiologist's report that said "no fracture". (I have experience with this. I've had first readings of X-rays that showed "no fracture" and later turned out to be in error). So then the Dr. changed my pain medication but asked me odd questions that had nothing to do with my condition. After 3 days I tried to call back ask questions about the that pain medication dosing instructions. Care Now, which advertises that you can go there as a patient and establish a "relationship" with a Provider, would not answer the phone again. When they did answer, they said I would have to talk to Dr. So come in again? This is a for profit clinic that I would steer of if given the choice. I went in to get a covid text so I could go back to work after being exposed. I did the online check in thing, and didn't wait too long. Staff was friendly, and they got me in and out. Here's where my complaint comes in. At the time of check in I had to pay a co-pay, which I expected. I then go back to get my covid test, and the doctor decided that he wasn't going to waste a covid test one me because I was vaccinated and was going to come back positive anyways. I explained how I needed this for work, so he wrote me a doctors note and sent me on my way. I'm currently looking at a bill from them for $235! Thankfully insurance stepped in for majority and I only owe $40 out of pocket, but what am I paying you guys for exactly? The piece of paper you printed out for my doctors note? Using a room for 5 minutes? I paid the copay. This is ridiculous. You guys did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for me and I have to pay you? Not to mention, this happened in mid November and I just got the bill last week saying it's due Christmas Eve. I will never go back here. And for anyone who needs covid testing, check out Mako. The care I received from Dr. Calawerts and Nyya to treat my case of COVID today at the Care Now Aurora Colorado facility was nothing short of outstanding. Nyya at the front desk was extremely patient in arranging for an appointment and Dr. Calawerts explained carefully and fully the medication he prescribed as well as providing notes on how it should be taken given my medical condition. Came for Covid testing this trip for myself and my kids. We were able to complete all of our information online, cutting down on wait time. Parking is ample, facilities are modern and clean. Staff is well informed, friendly, efficient and personable. They were very up front on billing and cost. No surprises. This is a top notch facility and I highly recommend. 10/10!! My employer requires an annual physical, a biometric screening, and a health survey to keep my medical insurance premium low. After finding out that my PCP'S office was unable to see me for a physical, I contacted a couple medical offices that would be able to see me. My goal was for 2 purposes, a physical and a biometric screening (blood work). I chose to go to Care One, and proceeded. I went arrived, they were quick to see me, clean facility, since it was new. Initially, they had multiple people try to prick me 6-9 times to draw blood and then it finally took the experienced nurse to do so. She was great. I left. I came back a week later to get my form, which was not filled out by the doctor as the requirement. I had to wait another week. I have finally come back today, and there was a confusion about what I needed and what they provided. The front desk clerk was trying to throw excuses while a nurse took me back, talked to me, and understood my needs. Obviously the medical receptionist didn't care. She had an attitude. I will tell you that everyone aside from the front desk is wonderful. The front desk clerk is about what she believes and not what the facts are. My insurance specifically says, "Get your physical. You will be credited when your claim is processed." I am max out of pocket for the year, so I don't have to pay any co-pays. I said "Bill insurance, as it says this above statement." She continued to tell me that insurance will not pay this and I must pay out of pocket. I asked if she could bill insurance and she said "Insurance will not see this as they won't pay it, so you pay me now." She continued to tell me this was not getting submitted to insurance and that I had to pay. I left. I didn't pay. They can bill me and I can take them to court. I will tell you that I believe the problem with this new location is not the medical staff, but the competence of the front desk gal. She doesn't care about you as a person but rather what she thinks is right. She wants to get the money there rather than to submit to insurance. I would recommend that if you want to avoid the issue I had, pull up Google maps and look for another urgent care. I will not be coming back to this location with the lack of professionalism, the lack of knowledge, and the fact that a know-it-all runs their desk. read more

I went because it's close to my house and my job. I had an on the job injury and needed to be seen. The lady at the front desk was wonderful but the nurse (or whoever does blood pressure) wasn't very knowledgeable. The doctor was a female and she was a piece of work. So unfriendly, rude, and I felt a terrible doctor. Unfortunately I'll have to keep going back for my workman's comp but I don't not advise going to see them. They acted so bothered and troubled by my needs and questions and it was EXTREMELY unappreciated. Don't work in public health care if you want to behave like that. I went in with acute back and shoulder pain. Was seen by a PA and told it would probably take a couple if weeks of muscle relaxers to clear up. I was written a script for 1 week of medication with no refills. When I called to get a refill on my meds, was told they would not refill my prescription without paying another $183 for another office visit. I find this absurd. read more
