No call and no Patrick. Very disappointed in his unprofessionalism and being totally unconcerned that water was pouring into my office. I am calling a different company and would never recommend this company for being so unreliable. Not even a phone call to tell me he would not be coming after all?

Instead, my sister's roof began leaking within 9 months after the tear-off and re-roof. Not only that it was not a small leak and it was not in one spot. It continued to get worse to the point that she contacted Oury to come out and assess and repair her roof. They sent their son, who looked around on the roof. He made a telling comment..."it looks like your flashing is old and damaged.". I was there with her when he made that comment and I assume that since the roof began to leak so badly and so quickly after it was finished that there was very shoddy workmanship and that they did not replace the flashing when they originally did the re-roof. The son applied some caulk around my sister's dormers. Of course, it continued to leak in her house every time it rained. She finally contacted their office and told them that she was unsatisfied with the quality of their work and nicely asked that they repair her roof as well as pay for the damage to her drywall ceilings in both her living and dining rooms. They immediately "lawyered up". "We don't know anything...it's in our insurance company's hands and our lawyer's hands." All she wanted them to do what a stand-up company would do. Admit their error, and re-do her roof. Instead, she never ever got a response from them or their lawyer despite her repeated followups. Ultimately, she had to go to another roofing company, Apex Roofing (who we would highly recommend) and pay AGAIN to have her roof re-roofed just two years after Oury did their poor job. PLEASE!! NEVER EVER CONSIDER USING OURY!! THEIR WORK QUALITY IS POOR AND THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK

Made it just in time before the holidays, thank goodness. We had a closer and significantly cheaper bid (basically 1/3 of this company's charge) but they were not available Wed the 19th, and with the holidays and weather changing...could not risk waiting. Wed was the last sunny 50s day and all went well. Customer service was good. Workers were on time and completed tasks appropriately. Dings on stars for 2 things... the install isn't as even and perfect as I prefer (the tops and flashing pipes are not straight and it looks like the shingles were not peeled back evenly and placed back over the pipes fully on the lower bottoms)... and the owner said he would send me a receipt when the check cleared. Usually receipts are given at time of payment. Seems strange and made me pause. Note... it's been a week, pretty sure the check has cleared. Hmm. No receipt yet. *\(^o^)/*

I called up Andy's, who did our last cleaning and put gutters on our garage, but they never got back to me after a call, email, and website submission. I got a few quotes, none of them from Turro, when a co-worker randomly mentioned a recent gutter cleaning done by Turro. I will never grow accustomed to the awkwardness that ensues when trying to schedule home repairs. It seems the rule, not the exception, that you're the one pushing for updates and begging for info. But I digress. After a few texts, I got my quote and was told they could come out the next day. The only real upside of a pandemic is that we're always home, so scheduling is easy. My only frustration was that we needed to run an errand and I couldn't pin down a window of time when they'd be out. I started to assume they weren't coming when it was almost 4 on a Friday, but they assured me they would be there and they were. Hot damn our gutters were filthy! Seeing all of the water run out when they unclogged them was pleasing. The also fixed one spot on our gutter where the downspout had been attached shoddily too. They did try and upsell us on gutter covers, which we opted not to do until we've had a chance to do a little research. On the one hand, I didn't love that most of the gunk from the gutters ended up in our grass, but on the other hand, it was evident that they did a thorough job. Overall, we'd hire them again. They beat all of the other quotes we got, were friendly,quick, and we didn't have to wait weeks for an appointment.

Confirmed the invoice/proposal was in fact someone who worked at the company when the job was done. I can't put my parents through the legal issues of fighting a company denying the issues. It was true that reaching out to the owner and getting back from him was hard at the beginning, because he was in Florida according to another review I found, which was also confirmed with their guy Andy later. I found their email on their website, and Andy replied me after 2 days and said they would come out to inspect next week. They did come and told me they would send out their guys to fix it in the next few days. Amazingly they came back the next day and fixed everything before noon! Because our roof is still under warranty, so they didn't charge us anything. We are very happy they honored the warranty and fixed the roof so fast!

The one of the manager blamed the other manager for the miss communication. I review some of workmanship at eye level and it was totally done incorrectly. I explain exactly how I wanted done and as soon as I left they they cut corners. Now I am going to have to have an inspector review my roof to assure me that portion of the work was done correctly. I am very senior person and I feel I have been taken advantage of.
