We had about 5 or 6 different companies come and give us quotes for Hardie siding and roofing. Keenan Homes was competitively priced and did an amazing job. Pat Keenan, the owner, was the salesperson and oversaw the project end to end. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, they were able to get to us within a few weeks, and they found a lot of ways to add value beyond the scope of work. The crews were all very professional. At the end of the project I noticed a few screens were ripped during the project and Pat personally came over to pick them up and get them rescreened. We love our new home and will definitely use Keenan in future projects! read more

It was a perfect, timely execution and they really went the extra mile to protect the garden. Pat Keenan is the kind of professional all contractor's could take a lesson from. He is an honest straight-shooter with a great attitude, a wonderful long-standing crew, and he communicates consistently from beginning to end. Both times we used Keenan Homes Pat underpromised and over-delivered work of the highest caliber. We replaced skylights and a roof on our garage/studio workspace at the back of our property a few years ago and they did a fabulous job there as well. After speaking with a number of contractors, Pat was the most competitive and committed to our needs. His team knocked out the roof replacement in one day. Keenan Homes did a great job for me. Very professional and very good pricing. I had shopped around and no one else could compare to what they offered and their pricing. Most other companies offered me a cheaper window at a much higher cost. The install didn't take long at all. My windows all have a woodgrain interior and are very easy to open and clean. They notified me the day before when they were going to be here and the installers were very professional. And now I can enjoy my balcony with its enclosure. read more

I cannot say enough positive things about Pat and his work crew. This is the first roof replacement I have gone through (and my first house) so I was really nervous about the process, having to deal with insurance and find a reputable contractor. Pat came out the next day after I called, did a quick inspection of the roof, offered to kill a massive spider on my porch and then spent some time explaining his process and even went over the estimate I had received from my insurance to explain it to me. He gave me a straightforward quote and ultimately came in under both the quote and what my insurance was willing to pay. His crew showed up 5 minutes early each day, worked quickly and cleaned up thoroughly before they left. I can't say enough good things about Keenan Roofing. We had a family member and several of their neighbors recommend them and they were absolutely correct. They did a full tear off and replacement of the roof on a house we had just bought and had it all done within a day. I was provided pictures of all damaged areas that had to be repaired and received updates throughout the day of the status of the job. When I went back to check it out the following day, I was amazed at how clean the property was. These guys were absolute professionals. Recently had our roof and gutters damaged in a storm and went with Keenan Roofing to fix it all. The long and short is that getting this type of work done is always a painful proposition for a homeowner; shelling out cash for a roof is not exactly the first place I want to spend my disposable income. Compound that with the frustration of our mortagage company and insurance company requiring multiple steps and documentation before they would disperse funds and this was a long road. Not only was Pat's work impecable, but his patience and consultation throughout the lengthy process was amazing. He met every deadline he committed to ahead of time, would always respond to my questions same day, and turned around the documentation my insurance and mortgage company requested with lighting speed. Keenan Homes just replaced the roof on my 19 year old home. I secured 3 bids for this project. Patrick Keenan came out timely after my call. Throughout the whole process, I always felt comfortable with Pat. He's a good, honest guy and his price was competitive. His crew showed up on time on the work day. This was a tear-off and they were very efficient in getting the old roof off and keeping the ground clean. The new roof was completed in one day. They worked late in the day (around 7:30p) to finish the job. It looks great! Clean-up was immaculate. I have not come across one stray nail. They brushed off my window sills. I even saw them take a ladder to my neighbors roof to grab a piece of the shingle wrapper that blew onto their roof. I couldn't be happier. This is a good company to do business with. Getting my roof replaced by Keenan has been a great experience from start to finish. I already recommended them to a friend at work. I saw a few recommendations for this company recently and wanted to share my experience with them, or rather my Mother-in-laws. In 2014, my Mother-in-law used this company to replace her siding and roof on her home through an insurance claim (hail/storm damage). This company was referred to her by a close family friend, which made the disappointment with the company even more saddening. They were fast to get the job done, especially with it being winter but the work was done so poorly, she now will be spending more money for repairs. The flashing above window peaks was not secured, resulting in birds and wasps making nests, and causing leaking into the attic resulting in water damage in 2 rooms of the house. The fascia was not secured properly and in a wind storm late 2015, the fascia blew right off on one side of the house. In 3 different areas of the house, the siding is crooked as if it wasn't installed correctly. I blame the company that Keenan Homes out-sourced to do the work for the poor job that was done but I blame Keenan Homes for not taking full responsibility for the poor quality of work. It took many attempts to contact this company to file a complaint (6 months of back and forth) when they finally did come out to look at the work, excuses were made. Such as, the flashing came off because of birds and animals were trying to get in.. Come on, really? If that were the case, wouldn't you warranty your work if it were that easy for a bird to lift fascia? Finally my Mother-in-law gave up, and there was only so much that we could say or tell her do until she was done dealing with it. Now that she is selling her house, she will need to pay for all the repairs herself. Shame on this company for not standing by your work. read more
