Chose care spot today because I had a bad urinary tract infection, the desk clerk could not have cared less! Too busy popping food in her mouth! I told her how much pain I was in. Didnt care I had to wait until everyone else was seen. It doesn't matter how much pain u are in. Never again!!!! read more

Worst customer service ever. Had appointment for a simple Covid test. got charged ridiculous amount for the test and had to wait an hour. Front desk staff very rude. I felt like the front desk staff purposely stalled my service when I questioned the charge. e ly read more

Schedule appointment the day before using the app. It was very easy to use. Arrived on time. I waited 30 minuets before being called me back. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The physician assistant was thorough and easy to communicate with. read more

Very disappointed in my visit today. Went in with a sore throat, potentially an ear infection, as well as no voice and a wheezing cough. It truly felt like no one cared besides the sweet lady I talked to on the phone after my visit. The doctor came in, asked what my symptoms were & left the room before I could ask anything. The second time he came in he let me know he had already sent my scripts. He didn't look at the back of my throat, nor my ear, just checked my breathing, said I sounded great. I let him know I had bronchitis back to back last time I was sick so he just immediately assumed that was the case. I had to stop him from essentially running out of the room so that I was able to ask more questions and let him know what medication that has/ and or could work. All in all, it felt like I wasn't even there. The sweet girl I talked to after was able to confirm more questions I had and apologized for how I was treated but as for the doctor, if you wanna turn patients like tables at a restaurant- you're in the wrong profession. I wouldn't recommend this care-spot, call MedOne first. read more

Do not go here. I made an appointment and got there 5min before..ended up waiting an extra hour only for Doctor James Kaye to write me the wrong prescription. They don't care about their patients,they just want to get you out of there as fast as possible. Very unprofessional. read more

While on vacation I fell and hurt my knee. I googled urgent cares near me. Finally I looked for a clinic with x-ray. Care Spot was appealing because they took appointments via their website. Although we arrived 40 minutes before our appointment time, I was still taken back quickly. The PA was fantastic and knowledgeable. She diagnosed my injury and even did an x-ray to double check that she didn't miss anything. They even have a pharmacy there! It was worth the drive past two other urgent care clinics to go to Care Spot! I hope I don't need an urgent care on vacation but if I do, I'll go back. read more

Staff don't really care. People walking out due to the long wait. I came in the another group of people after me they were all seen first. I understand if it's saved but it's frustrating. When the people walked out the staff just sat there laughing. Totally unprofessional front desk. read more

I felt the staff was very helpful and tried to be friendly. However the place is grossly understaffed and even after making an appointment I still waited three hours to see the doctor. This was just for some shots not even an illness. Not so much in organized just that they have one at Dr. with seven examining rooms. The PA Bruce was excellent and tried to soothe our nerves after all the waiting. Will not go back or recommend the place. If you are sick go elsewhere. read more

The PA was very engaged, made an analysis of my situation, and prescribed me the appropriate drugs which they called in to the nearby pharmacy for me. I asked him to look and he barely bent me over and did not even look. I ended up going to hospital ER hours later to find out it was an anal abscess and had to be drained asap under Anesthesia, caused an anal fissure and fistula. This urgent care place was a joke and total waste of time, money and trust in healthcare at this place. Only thing the PA wanted was to take money and toss me aside with no interest in my painful ass skin condition he did not look at without my directly telling him I wanted to be looked at since I was paying to be seen and in pain. Also, beware of the topical fluoride for adults....it is a profit center. I have never been asked if I wanted this additional treatment. I researched on line. Make up your own mind. Some research says it is great for adults, other research says it is all about the money. Dental Doctors has changed a lot in the past few years. Maybe it is time to make a switch. It appears their business is not nearly as busy as it once was. These are my views and I am not a doctor or dentist. As always, buyer beware.
