Very disappointed with this office. They scheduled an MRI, I went back to Dr. Pendrak for the results. When he walked in my room he asked me when was my accident? He was under the impression that I was a PI patient. When the medical assistant informed him I wasn't he huffed. Literally huffed. He then picked up my results, flipped to the second page and circled the 2 items about disk herniation. I asked about stenosis surgery, he said not his expertise. It was just awkward from there. Didn't realize until I left that he didn't go over all of the diagnosis. I guess he didn't notice the Hypolordosis? Felt as if I was with an ambulance chaser. He was in my room a total of maybe 10 minutes. $186 later and the receptionist tells me the adjustments will run $300-$400 dollars each.....say what?  Regards, The Yelp Support Team read more

To whom it may concern; Dr. Scott Michaels has given me my quality of life back. I suffer from ankylosing spondylitis. I have not felt this good in at least ten years. I am 46 years old and for the first time I feel like I am back in control of my life and in comparison to the pain I used to have I am pain free!!!! I find it hard to trust people in my somewhat older years. Dr. Michaels is one of the best, he is friendly, understanding, loaded with experience , very professional. He is indeed my hero. His entire staff is also friendly and efficient, especially his right hand Marissa, she is simply amazing. I actually enjoy going to the Drs. office lol. I was so happy at the service I received at FM Medical Center- Trying to find a good PCP Doctor is sometimes hard to come by. When I arrived the front desk staff was very friendly. I was introduced by a lady name Vicki whom gave me a New patient Packet and went over all the things this company offers such as Chiropractic Services, Manuel Therapy, Facials and even has a Urgent Care Center on A1A in case i needed someone if I got sick on weekend. Recently, I became a new patient at this office following some bad experiences at some other local offices. When I walked in door I was greeted promptly by the front desk staff. A lady named Vicky handed me a new patient packet that gave me information regarding the office as well as it provided information for what to expect there financially. After turning 30 I decided it was time to establish a relationship with a doctor since I hadn't had a doctor since my pediatrician. Dr. Michaels was very thorough in his assessment, and spent over half an hour with me to make sure all of my questions were answered.
