This is the first time they have been late on a payment for the unit in the last 20 years! For their loyalty they got a very aggressive letter threatening that their units would be emptied and the contents sold. I would expect at least a call, asking where the payment was considering it was never late before. I understand they have to get paid but they don't have to go to that extreme, especially to customers who have been with them for 20+ years. I will never recommend this business. I will instead refer people to the other storage businesses in Hudso

Really crummy customer service and inaccurate billing practices. We had rented a storage unit here…read morefor 15 years and had them on autopay from Wells Fargo that entire time. Somehow, they failed to process a payment even though it shows as processed by our bank. We sent them an additional months rent immediately because they did not answer their phone. We left a message and asked for them to contact us to resolve the problem. They cashed that check too and then took over a month to call us back despite a call from us and an email. In the meantime they threatened to take our stuff. When we finally talked to them a month later they denied getting the message and told us they answer all phone messages. We told them we had sent them an email as they requested. They denied getting that. We then resent them the email to prove it. Meanwhile they have had our money for a month and, so far, have *promised* to send it back. We're not sure that will happen, and if not, we will have to likely take legal action to get it back. Whether they have just crummy business practices or whether they run this business this way intentionally, they are not a good supplier of services and the overall service level is poor. Run, don't walk. There are other alternatives to Cheep Storage nearby and they are all better than these.

Great self storage facility. I rented online from their website and within 15 to 20 minutes the…read moremanager Eric called to walk me through using the app to enter the facility and how to allow another person access to my unit. The facility is new and clean, so new that the builders had left a couple of things in my unit! I called Eric and he was out within the hour to remove the items. The app is great no having to remember a key or combination and it is so easy to use. Security is great with both the main gate and your unit requiring separate access through the app. I have used other storage facilities in Hudson and they don't even compare to Atlas. I can't say enough about how helpful and responsive the manager Eric has been. Atlas Storage is undoubtedly the best self storage facility in Hudson.

I can't say enough GOOD things about this service!!…read more I had a really bad situation where other movers I had hired got into a fistfight inside my moving trailer and had to be removed from my property! I was left with a job that was only a quarter done and I had to be out of my house that day for a closing! I was desperate! I called around and, as expected, no moving company could help me out and such short notice! I finally called Daymakers and Lisa, who answered the phone, was so sympathetic to my situation; she said she would try to figure it out for me. After about 20 minutes, Lisa called me back and said that 2 of her movers were finishing another job and were supposed to be done for the day but they agreed to come out and help me out of my situation! Unbelieveable! I was so elated and relieved! Two super nice young guys, named Jacob & Shane, showed up in a beautiful, very professional Daymakers moving truck. They were so helpful and courteous! They did everything I needed done so quickly and efficiently! They took the time to wrap all my furniture and were so careful. They could move and do anything...like superheroes!! And they were...They made my day. I guess that's why the call themselves "Daymakers." Lisa called me back the next day to make certain all went well and that I was happy. They really care. Great company...SUPER. I truly recommend them 100%!!! I would never use anyone else again. I wish I had called them to begin with!

Only needed 2 guys (1 veteran and 1 newbie) and zero issues. They arrive when they say they will, give you a heads-up when they're on their way. The crews are always friendly. They are very careful, responsive, and attentive to details. Their quotes are a little higher (not much), but it's worth the value when you know there won't be any issues or complications. Book them!

My two daughters ( age 35+) live like most people in small rental apartments, so I still store furniture etc for them too. I was in three (!) 30 ft deep X 13 ft high X 10 ft wide units with public storage. $$$.... Now it is down to two. This took (3) four week trips from FL. In 1.5 years. Donated everything to Salvation Army St Paul. Husband became extremely ill eleven years ago. We are in a lovely FL. condo he inherited. MISS Minnesota... people, culture, weather - - LOVE the cold!!!! I now have two brand newly built extra large units at Forest Lake - - grabbed them quickly for they rented out super fast. Great price. New wood pallets on entire floor. Never have water in these units, very high airy ceilings with great ventilation. Yes no heat no air conditioning so no fragile furniture, vinyl, wood, etc, but I put clothing etc in tight giant contractor extra thick plastic bags into tight big Costco ( yellow black) plastic storage boxes ( the Best/ shut very tight). I will be out of a second 30 ft unit at public storage after 1-2 more four week trips. Back breaking work - - am creating a new industry of folk buying my things at Salvation Army then flipping them online! We always expected to be in Mn but the condo's living costs are better than renting today. Goal is to find a solid 1 bedroom in MN, build out to be able to remain until I pass on, rent out FL condo. Reverend Jim the manager is the best, the kindest man you could ever ever find and work with. No bugs no rodents all these years. Immaculate rest room at office, safe secure, no crazies renting ' next door'. Women working there solo feel 100 % safe. High fence with barbed wire surround the large rural country property. Nice relaxing 30 minute drive up from the twin cities. Highly highly highly recommend!!

We can't say enough good about Tim and the Forest Lake Mini Storage. So very helpful and easy to…read morework with. We moved from out of state, went to the old standby on the north side of town. It was dirty, full of feathers, bird poop, spiders and stunk like motor oil. The door came off the hinges and they had limited access hours. We needed an additional storage unit and found Tim at FL Mini Storage to be super helpful. We ended up liking it so much we talked to Tim about getting a bigger unit. He came through and we moved all our belongings from the other storage facility. Tim was terrific to work with and the units are clean, secure and they offer 24-hour access. We always feel safe, and we appreciated the location is easy to get to. If you need storage for the short, or long term, we highly recommend FL Mini Storage.
