My brother-on-law moved 3 trailers full of stuff, going back and forth from Hugo to Blaine before they even got to my house the first time, we all left at the same time. I think they were intentionally slow so they could charge us 4x's the amount quoted to me for an entire day (which is only 4 hours for them). They also broke multiple items, even with their "insurance" I was not reimbursed for anything. I also had to have them correct the contract 5 times before they actually got it correct. This company is horrible, if I could give them negative stars I would. This company is so crooked they are a circle! Response: your crew did not take an unpaid lunch break, it was included in the time they added to my bill at the end. They also very much pressure me to tip them because, as they put it, "This company does not pay us very well." Not only was I quoted roughly $1500, and it ended up costing me almost $5K for the service, I ended up tipping them because they know where I live and I didn't want anything to happen to my wife, and your crew took more breaks than they actually worked. Regardless of what you say, your company is crooked, incompetent, and needs to be put out of business. My next report is to the BBB!

I called to reschedule and was told by Chloe that there would be a $25.00 fee for rescheduling. Management would absolutely not budge on this EVEN knowing i was only rescheduling because cleaning cannot be completed without running water AND this change was required outside of my control. So happy this happened before I wasted hundreds of dollars on a cleaning with a company that is absolutely inflexible. Unfortunately, during the move a leak occurred on a fridge that was moved - the company reconnected the power and the water line, returned the fridge against the wall, collected payment and left. Fortunately, I came back the next day to a vacant house to gather anything left behind, and found a wet carpet, a wet bathroom, wet hardwoods, flood ceilings, damaged HVAC, etc. The carpet is ruined, the hardwoods are ruined in numerous areas. I brought this to Tyrell's attention, and it has been brushed off by him numerous times. The company claims that the water line was "done as a courtesy", which I contest - the service was offered, and was paid for. It is estimated that I have $35,000-$40,000 in damages throughout the house. With that said, I'm not mad that it occurred, I understand these things can happen. What frustrates me is that after repeated attempts to gather the companies insurance information, they have refused to provide it. The companies website clearly notates that "We are a professional moving company in Minneapolis with the required licenses and insurance." It is a requirement that moving companies maintain insurance. It is my right to file a claim. The fact that they have been unwilling after numerous attempts to provide an insurance carriers name, let alone a point of contact or policy number, is highly concerning. I have contacted the Attorney General's Office, Better Business Bureau, Department of Labor, and will continue looking for resources to ensure that this is dealt with adequately. The main job of someone that runs a moving company is to deal with customer issues swiftly, and that has not been the case here at all. I would highly recommend doing due dilligence before hiring Tyrell's crew, they are quick to collect payment, but awfully slow to remediate any customer concerns.

They work with you to on what you will need for services and are very dependable. I have used them several times now, referred to family and friend show also had a great experience, reasonable fee and gave them great praises! For those of you who hate moving they make things so much easier and so worth having them do it for you! They also do new furniture sake pick up and delivery. Was cheaper to use them then pay the store furniture movers and they agreed to set it up for us as well! It is a win-win, you wont be sorry if you choose this business!!!

We went with Dahlbergs as they were the lower bid. When it came time for the payment the young man told us it would be$3950. I asked what changed and he told us he brought 2 additional guys to help speed it up along with some various charges for additional pieces. We weren't aware there were additional pieces or additional guys that we had to pay for. A 50% hike in cost is quite frankly outrageous without us even being aware of them. Movers were very good and friendly but the bookkeeping leaves a lot to be desired.

This was a terrible experience. they sent a guy out to do a work through to review the things I…read moreneeded moved and give me a quote. After being showed the materials to be moved, he didn't make any notes about the items to be moved, yet he gave me a quote. and I agreed on the price. When I talked with the owner Nick about the method of payment, he absolutely refused to accept a cashier's check. He was concerned about the check bouncing. I had to explain to him how cashier's checks worked. On the day of the move, they showed up in a Uhaul, one guy was late, and two of the 3 guys showed up smelling of alcohol. I walked them through the items that we had agreed that were to be moved. They told me that they were on a two hour schedule and some of my things would not be moved. Explained that I was simply paying to have my things moved, I didn't have control over how smart they worked. They called their owner Nick who was extremely unprofessional, apparently the young man who gave me the quote had mistakenly failed to list many of my items. (remember he didn't write anything down during the walk through and had just made up an incomplete list. Even though he had not been present during the walk through, and have not seen for himself what the items to be moved, he swore his employee had not made a mistake,. I tried to reason with him,but he would not relent. I was only going to get 2 hours of work regardless of how fast his crew worked. Well, what kind of work do you think you might get from workers who are inebriated? These guys worked like zombies for two hours and of course didn't get the job completely done, and I was left with a house full of furniture. Nick showed up to view the proceedings, and only made matters worse. Zero people skills. Unwilling to take responsibility for his mistakes. No concern for customer satisfaction. All he was concerned about was getting his money. Because I needed to move right away, I was forced to hire them again to come back the the next day to complete the job. Two guys showed up. One of them screamed like a little girl when he saw a spider in the basement. He immediately got on the phone to ask Nick to cancel the job. Nick wanted the money, so he told the guy over the phone to go back to work. I had to get a broom to scare away the spider (which by the way, I never saw) before he would go back to work. Later, he called Nick again because he thought he saw a mouse turd on the coffee table. I had to use my finger to show him it was just ash. This would have been funny if it wasn't happening to me. Save yourself from this comedy-drama train wreck. Find a more reputable company.
