The supplier he deals with is top notch. Then came delivery/installation. I was immediately was put at ease with the worker he sent. I wanted to keep him. He did a nice job installing the floor. As soon as there was a little dust or mess there he was with his broom and vacuum. I love my floor. I did not even have to get use to it. My old floor was dark and this one was quite lighter. I do not expect to have any problems now. If I do I have confidence that Charles and his crew would be right here. Carpeting will be done soon. My plan is to go with Charles again. Skip the fast talkers and go with Nationwide Floor and Windows.

so glad we listened to all the great yelp reviews and connected with kevin. my husband and i…read morerecently moved into our house where the carpet reeked of cat urine and the smell would not go away no matter how many times we had professional cleaning done. so we decided to get rid of the carpet and install new ones. kevin came by with multiple samples and explained the pros/cons of each material. we got a reasonable quote and decided to move forward. the style we ended up choosing went out of stock but the one he recommended in lieu of it was even better! our installation was scheduled for two weeks later. my only qualm was that on the day of, we were expecting it to start in the morning but they didn't arrive until between noon and 1. it seemed their last job took longer than expected. they ended up finishing a little before 4. so roughly 3 hours to uninstall/install for 600 sq ft of carpet. kevin typically stops by for a follow-up, which we had to schedule and he said all looked good. and the best part is that the cat urine smell is gone!

I have two big dogs, so I have them come about every nine months and they consistently do the wall-to-wall carpet in my basement and the stairs up to the first floor as well as my couch. And the couch is done cushion by cushion and pillow by pillow. Both the carpet and the couch always look brand new after they leave. Sporadically, I have also hired them to clean other pieces of furniture that I don't use that often - to an amazing end. And recently, they started doing my custom runner up the stairs from my first to second floor. I was a little nervous about it at first as it has custom canvas trim - but again - looks fabulous. This meant a demo of wood, demo of tile, new carpentry, new tile, reinstall of a fixture, additional pipe, and new baseboards. We decided (without any pressure for add-ons) to extend the work to the whole bathroom floor instead of just the localized area. So our results feel like not just a repair, but a remodel. Things that stood out: Communication - We felt the main point of contact, Anthony, was clear and helpful through the whole process. This is true of every crew member we interactacted with as well.
