so glad we listened to all the great yelp reviews and connected with kevin. my husband and i…read morerecently moved into our house where the carpet reeked of cat urine and the smell would not go away no matter how many times we had professional cleaning done. so we decided to get rid of the carpet and install new ones. kevin came by with multiple samples and explained the pros/cons of each material. we got a reasonable quote and decided to move forward. the style we ended up choosing went out of stock but the one he recommended in lieu of it was even better! our installation was scheduled for two weeks later. my only qualm was that on the day of, we were expecting it to start in the morning but they didn't arrive until between noon and 1. it seemed their last job took longer than expected. they ended up finishing a little before 4. so roughly 3 hours to uninstall/install for 600 sq ft of carpet. kevin typically stops by for a follow-up, which we had to schedule and he said all looked good. and the best part is that the cat urine smell is gone!

The entire process was smooth and efficient: I chose the finish, got on the schedule (they were booked about a month out), and waited for installation day. On the day of the install, the team worked quickly and professionally. I was able to work from home without any disruption -- they were that unobtrusive. The only minor downside was the smell from the chemicals, which is expected with epoxy but worth noting. I worked next to the garage, and the smell was intense. Bill, the sales rep, made a great recommendation with the LVT and our experience with him along with the helpful office staff were the bright spots of the experience and is the reason why I mustered up 3 stars. The hardwood floors came out - just "okay." The areas that got damaged are nice and smooth. Two polyurethane coats - applied all in the same day - a couple hours in between coats - left a shine about the same as the rest of the floors in the house that didn't get refinished. Beware - you probably should expect more dust than typical and the need to discard open food items with dust in it. The crew did an awful job in my case with prepping and apparently didn't wrap a single cabinet or appliance before sanding the floors. Landmark provided a discount acknowledging the mess which was appreciated. Aside from days of dust clean-up (in between working) and re-buying groceries items, Landmark did the job I paid them to do (the floor is repaired and the PR floor is installed) but unfortunately I'm just not up for the dust cleanup again in the future.
