This place is horrible! I came here for a drug test and physical for a new job. I showed up at 10:30 AM and didn't leave until 2:00pm. The place wasn't even busy at all! Took an hour just to get my drug test done and then another two hours for a physical. Crazy thing is that children were coming in and out for school physicals. I never saw a person wait as long as I did and I wasn't even sick! I kept asking and telling the front desk "what is taking so long" " I need to get to work" and all they could ever say was a few more minutes!!!! They were too busy taking about what they were going to order for lunch. Horrible customer service!!! It should have never took this long for this service. I never got any I'm sorry ma'am for your wait or even an estimate on how long. Will never ever come to this place again! I just don't understand why nobody knew why it was taking so long. Nobody waited as long as I did in that place! I didn't know I had to take an entire day off just to get this done. Just plain ridiculous! Never again! read more

I was not impressed with the care I received from this clinic. I went there seeking care and was advised to undergo several blogs tests. I was told someone from the clinic would notify me within 2 to 3 days. I head nothing. In day 3 I called and was told my results weren't in yet and that someone would call me. I waited a week and heard nothing. I called again and a deck clerk read my results but could give me no additional info. She advised me to speak with a nurse and forward me to a voicemail. 3 voicemails, 2 days, and over $200 later, still no response. I still have my symptoms and that seems to not matter. I wouldn't advise anyone to come to this clinic. Their client follow up it's terrible! read more

Went in on a Saturday evening & I expected it to be a little busy. Let's be honest, if you go into a medical office and expect to be seen immediately you need your head head examined while you're there. Back to the review. The two ladies at the front desk were both nice. It didn't take long to verify my info & have the paperwork filled out. I would say that I waited in the main waiting area for about 15 minutes. I was called to the back & had my vitals taken. The nurse that assisted me was also nice. She informed me that the Dr. on duty was the only one so the wait may be a little long. Surprisingly that wait was only about 20 minutes. The doctor was an absolute peach!!! I'm telling you she was so sweet and personable. I promise you her demeanor was so pleasant. It didn't take her long to complete her exam and to checkout. Everyone was nice, the facility was modern & clean, and the wait time was not excessive. If I ever need to go to an urgent care clinic I'll definitely go to CareNow. read more

Avoid this place at all costs. The front desk people are AWFUL and RUDE. The nurses were the only good part. They were very friendly. Probably the friendliest nurses I've ever come across. But that's where the good part ends. I got my COVID results in 36 hours. My husband, who has different insurance, had to wait six days. He called every day to see if they had his results and whomever he spoke with was RUDE every single time. They kept saying they would call. Guess what! NO ONE EVER CALLED EITHER ONE OF US. We had to rely on the actual diagnostic testing sites to get our results. My husband had to actual contact Quest to get his results. My test was negative, but since my husband didn't have his test results yet we went and got retested somewhere else. And surprise surprise mine had been a false negative. The second test I got was much more painful which leads me to believe the Care Now test was not administered correctly. After a few HUNDRED DOLLARS (with insurance mind you) we have NEVER received a call back from this location. Waste of money. Waste of time. And the employees, with the exception of the nurses, are the most inept and unpleasant human beings. read more

after a web check in , I got called in for my visit to care now on Eastchase Ft worth. They took X ray of my hand and it turned out to be broken. gave me medication to ease the pain and said someone will call to refer me to a specialist. 4 days later they called to let me know that my PCP will have to call in a referral. in the mean time my hand is still broken and they dropped the ball completely. I cant get an appointment until Friday which is 3 days from now and still not sure if my hand will be fixed then. DO NOT TRUST THE TEAM AT CARE NOW, All they want is your co-pay and bill your insurance company. They are only good if you have a cold or the flu otherwise do not waste your time. read more

My worst experience with medical care. After seating two hours in the freezing room, I just left there without visiting doctor who seemed she doesn't care about her patients. People come to urgent care because they need quick care. But this facility seems doesn't care what you need. They just care of their own business. So disappointing. read more

Dr. Dahl and the other on this staff at this location is really thorough, The staff was very friendly, handled all my insurance stuff and called me to head out to my appt. I was at carenow for no more than 45 mins when walkins had a 2hour wait! This clinic staff and Dr. Dahl are the best you can get! I highly recommend this clinic over all the clinics! read more

They call when they are ready to see you and after arrival, I only waited about 2 minutes in the lobby to be called back. The nurse took my vitals and info immediately and within 5 minutes, I was seen. I think I was in and out in 30 minutes or less. I have a usual primary physician, but I wasn't feeling well and couldn't wait for an appointment. Right off the bat, was told it was a 2 hour wait which was fine. Decided to leave and come back and right as I turned out, I received a call they were ready. Front was very unorganized and unfriendly. Get back to the room, told my symptoms to the nurse, then sat waiting for the doctor for 30 min. She finally comes back and asks what's going on, asking if I felt "like I had the flu or meningitis maybe?". I don't know, that's why I'm at the doctor... pressured me into doing blood work and taking a flu test, both of which I knew were not needed. Had to wait again for 30 min. Both came back negative. I was given a prescription for antibiotics to "help my infection". Complete waste of time. Definitely recommend waiting for your primary car read more

This place is probably fine if you have something simple like a common cold, but if you have something that requires labs, you may have to pay a lot more. I forgot if I had a yeast infection or UTI when I came here, but I was told it would be $600 more for the labs. The doctor was nice enough to let me skip the labs and gave me a prescription anyways. However, I did not want to unnecessarily take medications in case I did not have an infection, and it was a weekend, so I decided to go to another urgent care in North Dallas where the pricing included all labs. I was a student and did not have health insurance at this time, and $600 seemed excessive for that type of lab work. read more

Have had to use this clinic twice in the past 3 months. I am not followed by a PCP so I don't need a doctor often. Most recently, I went in for treatment of a spider bite. A PA comes in to assess me and says she thinks it's a spider bite and gets the MD. He comes and thinks it's the same time, however, they say I must go to the ER to get diagnosed because they cannot perform ultrasound. So I pay the $50 for not a thing. I call my old PCP and ask if they can treat a bite. Go there and get a shot and 2 scripts for antibiotics and I feel great. All for $25. Story being, if you have insurance get a PCP. read more

Had an ear infection and they placed an ear wick (small stick) inside my ear. It actually got stuck inside my ear and when I called and asked them to remove it they said they would charge me to do it. The clinic called me back and placed another ear wick inside my ear at no cost. I was quick to judge them based on how busy they are but this office and staff are pleasant to work with despite the high volume of traffic that comes through this office. read more

I would give them a zero if I could. Took my mom to them because she fell off a step stool and hurt her arm. They did x-ray and she was told it was not broke but a sprained AC joint. They gave her the lowest dose of pain meds they could and told her to supplement it with motrin. She can not take motrin because of prior surgery on her liver. They were more concerned about the 99.1 temperature she had and not her arm. We left and they called her 24 hours later to tell her that the radiologist had looked at her x-rays and determined that the shoulder was in fact broke. I question whether or not these people should even have medical license much less be practicing. Go to the ER or another doctor. AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE read more

The doctor did not know anything about what he was doing. My daughter had thrown up once and he referred her to a hospital. All of this was after 2 hours of sitting in the room waiting for the doctor who went and came 3 times. (And that was with the web check in). I checked with 2 RNs that I know and they thought he was crazy. The next day I took her to her pediatrician who confirmed she had a stomach bug and thought that doctor was a loon. read more

Not a good day for CareNow...and it started off so good with the web check-in was great and was immediately seen by a Dr. and then the wheels fell off. Dr said let's do an X-ray, ok sounds good and that's when it all went downhill, 35 minutes go by we ask is it gonna be soon? A little while later the tech suddenly pops in to do the x-ray. Another 45 minutes go by and we ask what the status is? A little while later the nurse comes in gonna do an injection and a knee brace. Wife asks what kind of injection? Nurse says steroid, wife says really because I am a diabetic, Nurses eyes widen and said she would be right back....Nurse comes back, no injection and following on her heels is the Dr...hadn't seen her in over 90 minutes. Never said but read between the lines, the Dr failed to check my wife's history because if she had she would not have prescribed that injection. Luckily my wife asked what kind of injection otherwise the ending could have been worse. So, I just got back from the pharmacy to pick up oral meds and they were not ready. Pharmacy says we don't have them, so I call CareNow and let them know and they tell me their paperwork says they were printed and given to us. I'm thinking hmmm, why would they do that when they asked me when I checked in...so I drive back to go look at the paperwork and sure enough it says prescription printed but I don't see anything that looks like a prescription. Call CareNow and talk to a nurse, long story short she describes to me what a prescription looks like. I tell the nurse, I am 58 years old and I know what a prescription looks like and I don't have one. She asks me what pharmacy should she send it too, I say I gave that information when we first checked in...she asked for it again, apparently it was too much trouble for her to access it. Headed back to the pharmacy in about 30 minutes, keeping my fingers crossed it's there but will not be surprised if it is not. read more

The process was easy, the personnel were professional and easy to work with. I wasn't in need of complex medical care but was in discomfort from a sinus infection. Yes, pricing will vary from carrier to carrier so depending on your insurance, charges can be different (my copay is $50). I did the web check in and waited less than 5 minutes after arriving to be called back. I have been to this location several times over the holidays with my spouse and then ended up having to go for myself a few weeks ago. I honestly have to say that I am extremely impressed with every aspect of this establishment. First of all, you can call or get online and schedule your appointment, which will be the SAME DAY. If I call my doctors office I will have to wait for an appointment at least 2-3 weeks and the staff there won't care. At CareNow not only get your appointment but here's the best part-you can stay at home until it's almost time and they'll call you about 20 minutes before your time and tell you to head over! You aren't sitting with a bunch of other sick people and crying children and it's wonderful! Once you get there you don't wait long and the staff there are very nice and friendly. They have coffee, tea and water there for you. There is a tv area on one side of the room for the kiddos where they have good cartoons. On the other side is a tv area for the adults and although this sounds funny to add- they are some hilarious movies. I've sat there while sick and have LOL while waiting. The Doctors? I expected to be treated like one of a herd of cattle being pushed through but my experience was far from that. My spouse has seen Dr. Susan Tolbert on 3 different occasions and she was wonderful. She really listens to what you have to say and is truly a pleasure in every way. I have seen Dr. Timmy Novak and can say exactly the same of him. This is no "Doc in the box" little place. I felt like they took the time and effort to do a great job and I was extremely pleased. Hours are great too. Cost- my insurance has a $35 copay for my regular Doc. This place costs me $75 but It is well worth the extra if I'm truly sick. I'll definitely come back here. I'll still see my doc for check ups and other things but Eastchase CareNow is my go-to from now on when I don't want to wait. Excellent!! Honestly. read more

They use to have good service! But went last night after they call me ( I did web check in) wait for the doctor and hour and a half. Don't mind the wait if you're going to have good service! They give me my prescriptions I bought them! The next morning I call to see if they can change one of my prescription because if make me feel worse. 1rst call 8:45 am . They said they call me back. 2nd call 11 am . With no results. Waiting for they call never happen. Calls back at 2:35 pm .
