The facility was very aesthetically pleasing and clean. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the nurse practitioner, Mary. They sent the antibiotics to my pharmacy immediately, meaning it only took me a little over an hour to receive care and get my medication. I was once a 5 star reviewer but I'm back with my most recent visit to amend to 1 star. All because…read moreof homophobia from a single male nurse. He refused to look me or my wife in the eye, never introduced himself, and physically hurt me. I am bruised from where he wrapped my arm SO tightly with a band to insert my IV. The band tightness was actually more painful than my kidney stone and sepsis, the reason for my visit. I begged for relief and so did my wife. I twisted and moaned and cried in pain. He said nothing. This was completely awful, emotionally scarring, and I cannot believe this man is allowed to practice medicine when he does not care about the patient's comfort. I wouldn't recommend going here if you even might look a little gay.
