Our care for our daughter was phenomenal. She had to get stitches between her toes. Most of the staff was great, however... the aftermath was not. We called back after talking to our insurance re: crutches for our ten year old and the front desk person, I think her name was DJ was absolutely awful. She had an awful attitude and was so rude not only to my husband on the phone, but to my sister picking up the crutches for my ten year old. Bad experience. Long story . PA not exactly friendly nor her tech ,but not rude.. Front desk, Angela, extremely attentive and very kind.. 30 minutes before closing PA did not want to clean out the wound and remove any debris that was stuck in the foot causing pain. .She took X-rays to see if I had any item that was stuck deep in my foot. But she told me Xrays only pick up anything that is deeper in foot. She did say she felt something , that could be debris but she told me she wasn't going to dig around in my foot looking for it? I'm confused that's why I went there. I am on crutches already, and waiting for a major knee surgery. I am alone and not able to bend the bad leg to get item out of arch of my foot. I was also concerned about infection setting in on that leg, especially it being a puncture wound .She did not try cleaning it or try removing the item that was causing pain in my foot . The PA basically said she was not going to try to get the item out. She told me it did not look infected to go home and soak it in warm peroxide water or with Epson salt. She said that eventually it will come out. I had already soaked the foot several times with peroxide and Epson salt, during the week, but no luck. , I was very disappointed.. Today my niece spent 30 minutes and me sitting through the pain and finally removed a small piece of wire lodged in the arch of my foot . The item was causing all the pain in my foot, it did not show up on x-ray. But the PA refuse as she would say dig around in my foot to try to find it. . The PA took one look and said it was not infected to go home and soak in peroxide. She basically was in a hurry to go home.. Last visit I gave a five star with Beverly the other PA. She was not there this visit, and she only works part time . She was Awesome but this PA was a waste of time and money I would only go back if Beverly is working or a different PA .Otherwise I will find a different Urgent Care. read more

The over all experience was wonderful! That is really saying something because I'm very sick and I'm sure dealing with sick people all day isn't fun. I woke up with what I think is bronchitis or walking pneumonia? called the hermitage care clinic and got ahold of a real person, she was so kind and helpful. When I arrived at my appointment I had issues checking in but Angela assisted me with everything and we got it all figured out. Want to add: they take adult Tenn care. On 8/25/24 i went into the CareNow Clinic in Brentwood TN due to bad sore throat, cough, and earache. Was prescribed Amoxiclav. Today, 8/26/2024, i am covered in a rash. Paperwork advised to call back if i had any allergic reactions. When I called, I was told Dr Spackman would reach out within the hour. After 2 hours passed, i called back to get update and the front desk lady was extremely rude with me when i told her i was very sick, now with a rash. Dr Spackman called back shortly after and advised to just goto the ER. When i told her the paper work states to call them back, she didnt really have an answer. She was extremely unhelpful and didnt want to help. I told her i would come back into the office and she said they were too busy. I cannot believe this seevice after spending $175, and now have a severe allergic reaction. I do not refommend this clinic. I wncourage management to go back and listen to the calls. don't know why this place has such low reviews. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I signed up for the waitlist online (before they opened) and got a text message when they were ready to see me. Drove over there, sat for maybe 5 minutes, got examined for a sinus infection and ear infection that i have.. dr prescribed me medication and i left. the staff was all VERY friendly and I got what i needed. I went there after a nasty fall. I knew I had cut my finger badly and was bleeding EVERYWHERE. They promptly sent me back into the procedure room, but then they proceeded to see every patient before me all the while I am bleeding and in severe pain! I started to cry, but then forced myself to stop for the sake of my terrified kids and called a friend to distract me. I was waiting well over 45 minutes! My husband decided to take the kids home because we were waiting for so long! I guess they wanted me to be their last patient of the night??? They confirmed that it was a bad injury and debated if I should be sent to Summit Hospital for more care. I was willing to go if need be, but they assured me that they could handle it. So, they repositioned my flesh, yes I heard the squelch, and glued my finger back together. All without pain medicine, even tho I requested it. She told me if it opened and started bleeding, I needed to come back ASAP. Then theyvsplinted it, backwards, and sent me home where I was finally able to take a pain pill! When I changed the bandage as directed, it was stuck to the wound. It had indeed opened and I was scared to yank it off for fear of making it worse. My whole finger throbbed constantly and was bruised up. Even grazing the tip was excruciating, so I went back for care. The provider there was so MEAN! She treated me like I was a wuss and an annoyance. The same MA who saw me previously also seemed annoyed. They rinsed my finger, slapped a band aid on it, and sent me on my way after telling me I should have been feeling fine by then as it was "just a laceration". Nope! I got fed up and saw a hand doctor. My finger was BROKEN! The tip was snapped off and it turns out I almost severed the tip of my finger off. By the time I got the proper diagnosis, it was too late to do anything. The tip of my finger is permanently off, if I am understanding the hand guy correctly. He spoke pretty plainly, so I think I am. I was so angry! They treated me so badly when they missed a broken bone! No wonder I was in so much pain! When I called and asked them why they didn't X ray it themselves, or send me for one, the answer I got was, "Well, you didn't say you thought it was broken." Not my job guys... So yeah, they failed to diagnose, properly treat, and/or refer for a broken bone - TWICE! Needless to say, we will not being going back for anything, ever.​ read more

I came in for an acute asthma attack and was struggling to breathe, so obviously I wasn't feeling too great. My intake nurse immediately put me at ease with his kindness and attentiveness. His name was Hunter. I am queer and also struggle with mental illness, so sometimes going to an unknown doctor can be uncomfortable, especially when having to answer questions about my medical history and medications. Hunter was incredibly kind and made me feel more like a friend than a patient. Sarah was my doctor. She was very caring in her treatment and assessment of me and made sure I got everything that I needed to hopefully feel better. I don't typically write reviews, but my experience with Hunter & Sarah felt worthy of noting. I used the web check in, and I was in and out within 30 minutes. Very friendly and efficient! ****UPDATE I called two days later because I was still exhibiting worsening symptoms. I also could not sleep at night, and I was advised that they could not do anything else to help me for the flu. I ended up having to go in to another urgent care and was given two more prescriptions for my symptoms, lessening the severity of my symptoms and allowing me to get some sleep at night. Having to go in and waste my time, expose other people to the flu, and pay another copay when I had already been diagnosed was frustrating to say the least. read more

My husband went to another clinic he had what I had and he got a shot, steroids, and antibiotics. In 24 hours he is greatly improved and I still have a long time to get over this. Went here after my husband cut himself pretty badly. Waited almost four hours, even though they weren't super busy. They were nice enough, but completely unfocused and unorganized. Kept asking and re-asking the same questions. The next day we had to call multiple times to get them to finally call in the antibiotic to the pharmacy. Came here with my wife when she was sick after going to the Little Clinic in Kroger, which had a 2 hour wait. Walked in at 10:05am, and only 1 other person was in the lobby waiting. Receptionist wasn't necessarily over the top friendly, but she was nowhere near as rude as the other reviews have stated (unless, that is, it's a different receptionist). Had to fill out a new patient form since we've never been here which took about 8 minutes. After filling out the paperwork and then checking out insurance, we still had to pay a $75 co-pay BEFORE seeing the doctor, which is actually pretty standard for a lot of these walk in clinics. After turning paperwork in, we were called back in only 4 minutes. A nurse was with us right away to get my wife's symptoms and all the other information they needed. She left the room after about 10 minutes, and the doctor joined us just 2 minutes later. Both the nurse and doctor were extremely friendly and professional, and the doctor had us out of the room with an antibiotic prescribed in 7 minutes. Overall, from check-in to leaving, we were here for 33 minutes. Pretty amazing timing for a walk in clinic. The facility is super clean and accommodating, and they have wifi in the waiting room if you want to use it while waiting. Everybody has different experiences while going places, but this is one that baffled me compared to the other reviews on here. Everyone else has painted this place out to be absolutely horrible, and it's actually the best, quickest walk in clinic we've ever been too. Dr Struble displays no compassion or courtesy to patients. The visit was full of passive aggressive insults and poking fun while my family member was in excessive pain. He was the required physician due to workers compensation and he immediately began the visit by commenting on how hard it would be to prove this claim of injury. This was out of line and unnecessary, and if there were a choice in the matter, treatment through our primary care provider would obviously been preferable. Instead of acting as a doctor he seemed to think his role was claims adjuster. This man is out of touch and seemingly incapable of empathy. I would not recommend him to anyone. The support staff were pleasant and helpful, it's a shame that this man is representing this institution so reprehensibly. read more

I have been taking my family to this location for several years. The front desk staff has always been very patient, quick to help with all my calls, and timely. The nurse staff has always been friendly and efficient. My daughter struggled with strep and flu a lot before have her tonsils removed and would fight like a mad woman to not get swabbed. They handled her graciously and patiently, which brought her comfort. My only reason for 4/5 stars is because the doctor/nurse practitioner team has been off putting at times. I understood they're seeing a lot of people, but especially with paying $135 out of pocket, I would appreciate if they were more patient and attentive when with you. read more

It wasn't a very good experience. Got there and placed my girlfriend in an exam room and no one had checked on her. This was after over 30 minutes. Susan was told the doctor would be with her in 5 minutes, however no one came back to tell her otherwise. When I inquired about this, I was told the doctor had a procedure. However, he was in the hallway and on computer sitting at a desk when Susan asked me to come back. The front desk clerk just blatantly lied, and acted like she went back to check with him. I could see everything from where I was standing. The front desk receptionist went to Susan's exam room and told her doctor would soon be with her. She shut the door to exam room and came to tell me Susan was ok. I said she wasn't ok, because she came to me and was unnerved by no visit from the doctor, or anyone to let her know what was happening. This is what our medical has gone to since Obamacare. No concern for the patient and young kids playing doctor and nurse. What a scam!! Plus, the collect the co-pay upfront before any treatment occurs!! How legal and asinine is that!!!! read more

Down to the front desk person to the nurse and provider. Laurie is amazing and knowledgeable always willing to answer questions. All the providers are great, very different personalities but extremely thorough with the exams. My wife and I needed to go to get seen while on vacation from Texas, so we stopped by at this location. We were greeted and filled out paperwork and was taken back to get seen faster then we thought. We met the nurse, asked questions and waited what maybe was like 2 minutes and then greeted by the Dr, and she was absolutely amazing, great bedside manners and very educated in her field, answered our questions and helped our issues like no other. Honestly I wish she was our PCP, she was that informative and helpful and just easy to talk to! Not like any other doctor, just trying to do her job! She actually gave us some good places to visit and things to see, since we were out of town. There again, an absolutely great experience and would absolutely stop by if we needed care and was in the area. You won't be disappointed, by any means! read more

Phoned because my back went out and I am in considerable pain and need a doctors guidance. I was told 'that's outside our scope'. Like... what? My back has gone out a few times and I've had to go to an urgent care for it in the past and they didn't flinch... because it's not complicated. When I told the woman I was confused and that I had been to urgent cares before for this, she said 'well you can try and make an appointment online but we're really busy'. Being really busy has nothing to do with whether or not they can treat me, so I lost my confidence in the front desk and this facility. This is the second time I have had this facility say they cannot see me for something fairly routine in the scope of medicine. I think the front desk is turning people away when they are busy by saying it's outside of the scope when in fact perhaps they are just busy. I was able to see a virtual doctor elsewhere and get my needs met quickly. I no longer wish to support this location and will actively avoid using their facility.
