At 0925 I was escorted by a young female who was new and we went to two rooms before she found the room I was supposed to be in. I was in that room from about 0930 to 0958. Mind you, my appointment was for 0930. At 0958, I removed my paper shorts, put my clothes on, folded their paper shorts and laid them on their gurney in the room. 30 minutes waiting and no one came to apologize for the tardiness of their NP/PA that I was supposed to see. I walked out of that clinic. They have no respect for their patients/clients who have to wait that long after their appointment time. I posted on their site my complaint and I've yet to hear from them. Goes to show you how much they care about patient relationships.

I never have to wait too long for an appt either! I have to go for tears in my rotator cuff, and so I'm being treated with cortisone shots for now. Josh Thornhill usually administers the shots for me, and I have to give him kudos. It really doesn't hurt, and it helps so much! The building itself is located in the Scott Bryant insurance building strip, and is simple to find.

Although I wanted to get moving, she made sure to let me know about time frame for rehab and where I should be at each week. That helped alot, cause I was ready to go!
