The staff at this location is wonderful!!! Latonia Jones at the front desk is full of joy and happiness, you rarely find people these days that understand customer service and she does. Great operation centrally located next to Grapevine Mills shopping center. Excellent web check-in process and then they call you when it's time to come in. Attentive & compassionate staff with healing in mind. They are not primary caregivers but a great alternative to Emergency Rooms. read more

The staff and doctor at Care Now in Las Colinas, Irving are excellent, professional, caring, and very attentive. They listened to and attended to all of my needs. This location is new and located on the service road of Hwy. 635. The exit would be MacArthur Blvd. coming from the east, and Olympus coming from the west. It is located very close and almost in front of The Dump furniture store. I arrived after 8:00 pm and they were going to close at 9:00 pm that night. They took their time with treating me and made sure I was ok. Doctor Kennex Munez, the nurses, and receptionist are very attentive, caring, and professional. This place is a scam. Don't come here.They take your money and refuse to provide a bit of care. I would rate this place in the negatives. I had to ask them to bandage up my bleeding husband after they told him he was free to leave. Really? I had to ask them to cover an open wound?! They couldn't help us because Dr. K Munoz couldn't do anything because it was "out of his scope." All he did was pull on the flap of skin that was cut open and say he can't help us. FYI, Carenow is different from any other doctor's office you've been to growing up. It's better, easier, modern. They could be a primary care physician. I can't think of a reason they couldn't. I had a great experience at this center. The facility is clean and comfortable. The staff was professional, patient and friendly. I had a reasonable wait time for a walk-in patient, about 25mins. Dr. Z was great! He was personable and very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor, which I appreciated. He spoke to me and with me instead of at me. I really appreciated how thorough he was as well. The nurses were nice as well. Overall, this is probably the best experience I've had at an urgent care. Everyone seemed as though they really cared. I came in to get a DOT physical. There was one person in the waiting area and they told me it would take an hour before they could see me. When they finally did take me to the back I sat in the back room for 30 more minutes before the doctor came in. The physical took less than 5 minutes to preform and then I waited another 30 minutes before they came back in with my papers to sign. They only had one nurse and it was extremely inefficient. I was seen in Oct for an Infection - I had burning urination and Dr Gocke just gave me an antibiotic even tho she said "I don't see any cultures in your urine but there is blood in your urine so this should clear it up" that alarmed me! But I trusted the Dr! The antibiotics masked the issue for several weeks and I went back in tonight and told Dr Jason Albers what happened and explained that I wanted a full exam and lab work this time to see exactly what is going on because obviously Dr Gocke prescribed the wrong type of antibiotic and didn't correctly diagnose me. Dr Albers agreed and then left me sitting in an examination room for over TWO HOURS before I finally walked out!!! Do NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!! It's dirty, they keep the AC on ice cold year round in the exam rooms to "prevent spreading germs" because the rooms are filthy! You may not catch the cold the last person had but you will probably wind up leaving with pneumonia! I'm not joking... it was 29 degrees outside and they left me sitting 1/2 naked in the exam room with the AC on for over 40 minutes before I was so angry I just left!!! I'd already did the online check in 3 hours earlier... and still had not been seen!!! What a total waste of time and money!! And MONTHS without CARE!!! If you MUST go to this place DR Rodriguez is the ONLY one here I'd bother seeing!! He is a good Dr! My apologies to you Sir! You really deserve to work in a better place than this!! read more

We first checked in on-line to ensure that we wouldn't have to wait too long at the facility. We received a call saying that we can head over immediately. However after arriving we ended up waiting for over 1.5 hours with no indication of when we would be called in. Why tell us to come immediately when we would be sitting here for so long? What is the point of the online check-in system? Clearly this location needs to work on their operations management in terms of waiting line and patient satisfaction. The staff needs to be trained on how to be more welcoming and receptive to the patients. read more

I've went there for like 5 years or more, and they have always helped me out with exactly what I needed. At the end of your appointment they always provide a sheet of paper that explains the in's and out's of your illness which is nice, and convenient. I also would recommend using their Check In option Online before going in. It saves the waiting time of sitting in the lobby. read more

Make people feel welcome not like they are at a cattle call- which I guess we kind of are when allergy season hits. I am extremely grateful for the kindness and great treatment I received tonight. I severely fractured my toe, and the pain was excruciating. I checked in online, and within 5 minutes they called and told me to come on in. They saw me right away. From Yvette the nurse, Zora the x Ray tech, Dr. Rodriguez, and the sweet billing lady who checked me out - everyone was extremely kind and professional. I also found their charges extremely reasonable with their Health Savings program. I limped out after 3 x rays, a boot and two prescriptions only $200 out of pocket. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND visiting this office! I've only been to this location of CareNow and I will continue to do so! I always leave feeling a lot better than when I walked in. Every year, I notoriously and unluckily get asthmatic bronchitis during the cold weather season, typically in late December-January. Simultaneously, I had been feeling absolutely terrible for the past few weeks this month and after seeing my new primary physician about my concerns and belief that I may be having bronchitis early this year, she wrote me off and said that I just had a minor infection. Even after explaining my doubts due to having chest tightness and having a hard time breathing, she wrote me a list of prescriptions that I've never taken before, all of which did not help relieve my symptoms at all! After a few days of extended chest pain and agony, she finally contacted me back over the phone and then directed me to go to the E.R. because I may have a blood clot in my lung...I have no family history of blood clots. Anyways, after feeling helpless and discouraged due to paying a lot of medical expenses for something that wasn't getting resolved, I finally decided to trust my gut and see the great medical staff at CareNow, after having positive results in the past. First off, the entire medical staff are superb and AWESOME! :D From the front desk to the nurses and Doctors, every one here are really kind and extremely caring! I don't believe I've ever felt so comfortable and important at a Doctor's office before :P I always do a web check-in upon making an appointment, as I find it is easier and more convenient. The clinic is nicely decorated and is very clean as well as organized! There's even a section for kids. Also, Nurse Cindy M. is so so tremendous! :D She is one of the best nurses I've ever experienced and had the pleasure of meeting. Dr. Albers is also fantastic! He is highly respectable and intelligent as well as easy to talk to! He explained to me that I may have "intermittent asthma" due to having recurring bronchitis and took the time to explain to me how certain viral infections can trigger an asthma attack, etc. All in all, it's safe to say that I felt better after leaving their office to now, I can now breathe regularly and pain-free :D THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE WONDERFUL STAFF HERE AT CARE NOW GRAPEVINE!! Came here for a drug screen. They aren't even busy, but over an hour to do a simple urine drug screen. I'm loving breathing all these germs from sick people. Had a very bad experience here. I arrived terribly sick - we had no idea how sick. My blood pressure had dropped to 90/50, my heart rate was pounding at over 100, The Dr. ran blood tests, took stool samples. He came back saying my white blood cell count was over 24000, I was so dehydrated that my kidneys had actually started to shut down. The Care Now Dr. gave us two prescriptions to fill and sent me home to drink PowerAid and eat applesauce. The next morning when my condition was still worse I was admitted to the hospital through the ER, into intensive care for a 3.5 day stay and a major drug regamine to overcome a serious c-dif infection. This doctor should have seen from my vitals that he couldn't treat me at Care Now. He should have sent me to the emergency room immediately. Even when my husband and I inquired about IV fluids and the ER he didn't say "yes, go." After 2 weeks of recovery, we discover that they billed our credit card and didn't give us a receipt. My insurance needs the receipt and they won't email it, they won't snail mail it. I have to go back into Care Now, show my driver's license and fill out a form to get a receipt that they should have given when we were there. I called Friday afternoon around 5:00 and was told it would be a 2 1/2 hour wait which I expected. I stayed home and they called about 7:15 with a room ready. Kennex Munez MD was the doctor who saw me. I had previously been diagnosed with Flu A the previous week at Vista ridge Family Physicians after hours clinic (waited over two hours in waiting room). Dr to Munez took a chest X-ray and CBC blood work. I had pneumonia and he quickly contacted Baylor Grapevine ER. It was near closing time but the entire staff was through and I never felt rushed. I was also so pleased that they had the resources there to do the X-ray where the other after hours place did not. I was admitted to Baylor and spent three nights in the hospital. I came to this place bc it was the only one in the area to get an audiogram. I was sent here by my employer for a routine drug test and physical as I just got a new job. Been here waiting in the waiting room for over 4 hours and people who came after me are being called. When i asked the front desk why, they said there was only one nurse there who could perform the audiogram. Then came to me 20 minutes later and said you know what, I'll do it. I used to be a fan of this CareNow but the past couple visits have changed that. I did web checkin Friday at 2:30pm. When they finally called me at 5 to come in, I sat in the waiting room with a high fever for 45 mins. After finally going back, I saw the nurse who did a flu test swab abs told me it would be 10 minutes to get results. An hour later I had to go find someone and finally saw a PA who confirmed I had the flu. She told me they would call to check on me in a day or so. Today is day 3 and my symptoms are worse. I checked in and I went to bring my wife a cup of warm water for my newborn which I informed to the girl at the front and she acted like I never did and then the other female told me I missed my "slot"..the black female is to damn bossy and young.
