3 weeks ago I came in for an issue. I made the virtual wait line and when I was told to come in it still took 2h. Staff was friendly and helpful. However the days after, waiting for my results, I kept calling back and getting nothing. One day I stopped by in person to find out what was going on and I was told there wasn't enough sample for testing in the lab. Apparently nobody was able to tell me this over the phone. Also it did not make sense as I gave PLENTY. That day they didn't want to take a new sample as only front desk staff was there. Nobody had shown up to work except front desk so I was told to come back another time to do this. When I came back I was told to make a new appointment if I wanted to have the test redone and a refill of medication. As the waiting room was full I was recommended to make a virtual appointment. I did that for which I ALSO had to pay to BE TOLD in that virtual appointment THAT THEY DIDNT WANT TO HELP ME AND I HAD TO MAKE AN IN PERSON APPOINTMENT. These people waste your time and take your money. Avoid at all cost!!!!!! It's 3 weeks later and I need help. Thank god I will be back in Europe in January where healthcare is excellent and free. Please sit down for couple minutes. After this couple minutes "45 Minutes" waiting time was a staff member not able to operate the breathalyzer. After 60 Minutes of total waiting time I should drive to another location 10 miles away in North Las Vegas. I canceled it that because I have already been to two other locations of CareNow. I've been to this place twice now and the staff are very nice and the medical doctors/physicians seem really nice. I've been coming since being sick in November and it progressing and going away and coming back. I got sick and it turned into a flu and then it turned into bronchitis and now I'm sick again. My least favorite part is you have to check in online. Each time you have to put in your drivers license front and back and insurance card front and back. They don't save it which I guess is good but also it's really annoying because their system has issues taking photos accurately and it takes a while sometimes. Then today when I went to check in for the third time, I didn't realize you could take photos of these things prior and then upload them and then actually is easier. The doctor never ran tests and just gave me medication not knowing what I had fully. They wrote me 5 to 6 medication's, and only two of them were filled at the pharmacy so they didn't fax over everything. It did help within several days but again, I'm not sure if it was the proper treatment because they don't know exactly what I had and that was borderline malpractice. Don't know if you're too busy to run rapid test, it is quite interesting to be honest with you that they don't do it for everyone. read more

It's a shame that they can't go to any CareNow location when there's so many locations throughout Las Vegas. This location is much busier than the Cheyenne and Centennial locations. Then this woman named Crystal Ryder was the SINGLE rudest person I've ever dealt with. She refuses to listen to anything you say, cut me off constantly and refused to show any concern towards my symptoms. Basically told me she does not think I have any issues and can't help me at all while my face is dripping and sneezing nonstop. And by all means this does not apply to all of the staff because they are not all incompetent but I have no clue what is the reason to ask your patients to "call in" for information if no one actually answers the phone. I've had to go there several times and each time the front desk was polite, professional, very helpful plus they accessed my situation's critical levels correctly each time. This location hasn't had a full waiting area and I've never waited more than 15 minutes to be seen. They give detailed instructions and walk you through them thoroughly. Two stars simply for the service, I guess, because the wait time for a COVID test wasn't bad and it was painless. However, I was told that I didn't owe anything and my insurance had covered it. This was in October. Last night, I get a bill from CareNow for $160, saying that that I owe that amount and need to pay it immediately. Pardon, but what the fuck?
