    3 weeks ago I came in for an issue. I made the virtual wait line and when I was told to come in it still took 2h. Staff was friendly and helpful. However the days after, waiting for my results, I kept calling back and getting nothing. One day I stopped by in person to find out what was going on and I was told there wasn't enough sample for testing in the lab. Apparently nobody was able to tell me this over the phone. Also it did not make sense as I gave PLENTY. That day they didn't want to take a new sample as only front desk staff was there. Nobody had shown up to work except front desk so I was told to come back another time to do this. When I came back I was told to make a new appointment if I wanted to have the test redone and a refill of medication. As the waiting room was full I was recommended to make a virtual appointment. I did that for which I ALSO had to pay to BE TOLD in that virtual appointment THAT THEY DIDNT WANT TO HELP ME AND I HAD TO MAKE AN IN PERSON APPOINTMENT. These people waste your time and take your money. Avoid at all cost!!!!!! It's 3 weeks later and I need help. Thank god I will be back in Europe in January where healthcare is excellent and free. American healthcare is nothing but a money business and useless.

    went in there for my back now it just feels worse. all they gave me was ibuprofen two shots in the butt.

I'm a single mom with a new born at home, my 12 year old is sick and her throat was hurting so we rushed to the after hours urgent care because the one we normally go to was already closed. We checked in and let the front desk lady know that we would wait in the car after we registered because the lobby was full of sick patients and I have a newborn at home and I cannot risk getting the baby sick. She was very rude with us and said because we were a walk in appointment we were not to leave the lobby bc if we did we would lose our place in line. I said it usually lets us know what number we are in line in the txt message link they send to our phones and she said well I can't force you to stay here but if you leave and they call you then you will lose your place in line. I didn't want to risk getting sick so we waited in the car and kept refreshing the link until it was time for us to go back inside the lobby. It said there was 4 people ahead of us in line so we walked to the door and rang the door bell several times and she wouldn't open the door. It was freezing outside so I told my daughter we could go wait in the car and try again when there was one patient ahead of us. Once it alerted it us that we were next we walked up to the door again and rang the door bell over and over and she still did not answer the door for 6 min. Finally she buzzed us in and we took our seats waiting to be called. it said there was one person ahead of us in my txt message link. We sat in the waiting room for another 45 minutes watching everyone go back to be seen until I finally stood up to go ask why they haven't called us back yet? She replied the nurse called your name and you were not here. I told her that we were in the lobby and nobody called our name. Their front desk girl who was working at 9pm on May 18, 2026 was rude and had a bad attitude. She said we had to start our wait all the way over because we weren't there when they called our names and that there was an error on our registration paperwork. Mind you it is now 11pm and the lobby was still full. She didn't care my child was sick and didn't feel good, and that we had been waiting this whole time. It honestly could've been possible that the nurse called us back when we were stuck outside the front doors when she was taking forever to buzz us in the lobby. the owner should check the cameras and the time stamp. I paid a sitter to stay with my newborn so I could even bring my other daughter in. The whole thing was honestly a waste of time. She could've been nice about it and said I will get you back there immediately since you've been waiting but because she said we had to start the whole process over I was furious and left. We will not be coming back Get a new receptionist

Unlike PCPs, Optum U.C. is open 24-7; usually not crowded; and equipped to do x-rays, CAT scans, etc., during the same visit. Optum U.C. stitched up my bleeding eyebrow from when I fell off my bicycle landing on my head, they examined a 4-year-old lesion in my upper-left earlobe later diagnosed by an ANTI Reservoir Dogs dermatologist as cancer, and they now have me well on my way to recovery from a 3-week lingering dry cough. Besides being impressed with the professional/friendly service from front desk to doctors, I constantly refer to Optum's easy-to-read, 5-page report of everything that transpired -- invaluable toward ensuring consistent successful outcomes for me. I scheduled an appointment for a physical and a 10-panel drug test required by my nursing program. Several fellow students recommended this place because they bill insurance directly, which helps when trying to manage multiple school-related expenses. Unfortunately, the experience was not worth the convenience. When I arrived, I was the only patient in the waiting area, yet I was ignored for over five minutes while the front desk staff continued a personal phone conversation. My appointment was at 2:25 PM, and I waited for almost two hours without being seen or given any updates. It wasn't until I said I had to leave due to another obligation that I was finally told the doctor was still out on lunch, something they failed to mention when I checked in. The facility itself is visibly run-down, the supplies look outdated, and the environment felt unprofessional and chaotic. The back office staff seemed visibly unhappy and disengaged, which only added to the discomfort of the experience. Before I left, I returned to the front desk to confirm that my insurance would not be billed since I was never seen by the doctor. I asked calmly and respectfully, explaining that I would be contacting my insurance to make sure the visit wasn't processed. The response I received was shocking and entirely inappropriate. The front desk staff member (whose name I did not catch) but I will attach a picture of her in the review she than replied, "You shouldn't be so picky -- you have Medicaid. You need to remember that." That kind of comment is not only offensive but discriminatory. Insurance status should never determine how someone is treated in a healthcare setting. Medicaid is legitimate health coverage, and providers are compensated accordingly. I have the same right to professional, respectful care as anyone else, regardless of the insurance I carry. If this clinic has an issue with Medicaid patients, they should not be in-network. I recorded part of the interaction and immediately contacted my insurance provider to file a formal complaint. I was informed that an investigation will be initiated. Medicaid does not tolerate providers who treat patients unfairly based on their coverage. In hindsight, I would have rather paid out-of-pocket at a reputable urgent care like CareNow for a far better experience. I do not recommend this facility to anyone, especially students or individuals expecting timely, respectful, and ethical care.
