The lanes between parking are so very narrow and the lanes are also NOT one way which at times is problematic. Not nearly enough handicap spots however, the number falls within the legal reserved amount. The entrance doors are automatic. Thats a huge plus. There is a nice welcome desk and appointment check in space with ample seating. I had been to this location before renovation and post renovation it is much cleaner looking which made me feel more comfortable. Hall directional signs have improved too. I didnt get lost and needed no assistance finding neurology. Check in went smooth, the attendant was very polite and friendly. Waiting room was comfortable and clean. Took less than five minutes to get my room. Bonus! Was seen by tech immediately. The conductivity test was run by tech and then when it got more complex by doctor. Both medical staff members were excellent and explained everything very well. Highly recommend the caregivers and the neurology depaetment... the location, well...Meh. Try to get one of the newer buildings. I felt my car would get backed into or dinged while I I was inside as the parking is too tight. (But car was fine.)

This is a teaching location, so my son is currently seen by a resident doctor who is supervised by an attending physician. I've received same day phone calls regarding lab work done on my son, and know his follow-up will be immediate for any issues. There is also a bookshelf in the waiting room where kids can choose a book to take home, as reading is doctor-recommended!

I was a patient here from late February through late March 2026, and my experience was deeply…read moreconcerning and ultimately dangerous. I developed a bloodstream infection (bacteremia), which I believe was related to inadequate sterile technique during port access throughout my stay -- something I raised repeatedly. The first warning sign was my white blood cell count nearing 20,000, along with worsening pain, tachycardia, and ongoing illness well beyond what's expected after surgery. Despite this, no infection workup was ordered. I am a sepsis risk and have had it a couple of times in the last five years, so this is something my care team should have been watching closely. Instead, my symptoms were attributed to my autism diagnosis and possible anxiety. A psychiatric evaluation later ruled out anxiety entirely and pointed to pain as the actual issue -- but by then the infection had progressed significantly. During one port access attempt, I was cut during removal of the old needle, which is documented in my chart, though I don't feel the broader pattern of concerns I raised about how my port was being handled was reflected in my records. During surgery, a component I have a documented allergy to was used despite my allergy being on file. I reminded the team days before, asked whether the product would be needed since I'd brought my own from home, and confirmed again right before anesthesia. Despite this, the product I'm allergic to was used. I dealt with the allergic reaction myself, immediately post-surgery, without adequate support. On the morning I was discharged, a PCA recognized signs consistent with septic shock and flagged a heart rate of around 177. Despite this being raised, I was discharged anyway. I also experienced what I can only describe as bias toward patients with autism and chronic pain conditions. I have a long-documented medical history and no history of substance misuse, and I was asking for pain relief that has worked safely for me before during severe medical episodes. I was in 8-10 pain consistently and nothing was helping. My requests were treated with suspicion, as though patients with chronic pain shouldn't have adequate pain management regardless of what's actually happening medically. Even though I didn't have proof I was septic at the time, I am reliant on my care team to investigate and order appropriate workups -- which did not happen. I was formally discharged by the treating team -- their decision, made the day before and communicated to me as final. I did not leave against medical advice, and I never expressed regret or anxiety about leaving, despite how this was later characterized. Less than 2 hours after discharge, I was hospitalized again at a different facility, admitted to the ICU in septic shock with severe tachycardia, dangerously low blood pressure requiring vasopressors, and acute liver injury. I later contacted patient advocacy here about this. I was told leadership reviewed my case and determined the care I received was standard and appropriate. Given the heart rate of around 177 and signs of septic shock raised the morning of discharge, the documented allergy violation despite repeated confirmations, and the bloodstream infection that developed during my stay, I find that response very difficult to reconcile with what happened -- especially knowing I could have died had I waited any longer to call 911. As an autistic patient, I don't always express pain the way providers expect, and this seemed to factor into how seriously my reports were taken. I also experienced situations where my ability to understand conversations was questioned in ways that felt tied to my diagnosis rather than reality, which I found dismissive and difficult. I share this not to be dramatic, but because other patients deserve to know what they might encounter here, especially those with complex medical histories, chronic pain conditions, or disabilities that affect how symptoms present.

I had to have corrective foot surgery early this year and this was the facility my podiatrist operated out of. I arrived at the butt crack of dawn and was one of the first patients to get registered for the day. The entire process was very smooth and swift and the staff from start to finish were great. The waiting rooms were clean with a ton of space and my mom was comfortable while she waited on me. Once back in pre op I felt like I was in great hands. The nurses and doctors made sure I was comfortable and even made a few jokes to help me relax as I was fairly anxious. Once I came out of anesthesia they didn't waste time helping me get home... which can sometimes be a pain in the butt. Overall, I had a great experience. I was a little weary at first just because the building looks a little grimy from the outside but, never judge a book by it's cover. Thanks for taking good care of me.
