When we questioned the bill they refused to provide anything in writing and basically extorted us for the money for their mistake. Pay or we won't finish remove the hardware or finish the contract. You shouldn't have to pay more if you pre pay for service. The office workers were rude and unhelpful. After years of being patients and thousands of dollars all it took was questioning the bill to have them end being our dentists. Even though he provided plenty of anesthetic to the area he worked on, he asked me to raise my hand if I experienced any pain, which I did, and he stopped and added more anesthetic when necessary. Apparently I had a very sensitive tooth, which Dr. Carmody explained was called a "hot" tooth. The office has some amazing scanning equipment which helped the Dr. to assess where the problems were located and what would be needed to resolve them. I had two root canals, one on Monday, and one on Tuesday. Each were three hour procedures. Never fun, but I have had the best experience I have ever had in a dental office. Shout out to Dental Assistants Mercia and Hasan, who were courteous and professional. I am so grateful and thankful to all.

The dental hygienist, Jill, provided a compassionate climate, showing she really cares about the patients wellbeing and comfortability the entire time. Dr. Coon showed great chairside manner and was really helpful with any concerns or questions I had. The building is very conveniently located with a cozy office that is tremendously welcoming. They even set out little snacks and beverages in a mini refrigerator for anyone in the waiting room to enjoy or take with them on the way out.
