He sure did make it miserable for me. So he continued with me being in great pain!. Also when she was fitting me for my temporary crown it felt like she didn't know what she was doing. She fitted it so many times & one of the times it had to be taken out & felt like she was having a hard time taking it out to redo! It felt horrible! When I came back they still had to shape crown in place & it was painful again, & he kept going til eventually got it in place, wow it hurt so much! I have left dentist I was only with them 6 months! My first appointment was canceled the same day because they were "short-staffed." When I finally got rescheduled for an exam, I showed up for my 9:00 am appointment, but the front office staff didn't even arrive until 9:05-9:10 am, so I was waiting outside the office door until they opened. The dentist was nice when I finally saw them, but they couldn't schedule me for a cleaning for another three months because they had no availability. Fast forward to that cleaning appointment: I showed up at 8:55 am for my 9:00 am appointment, and the office was closed once again, even though the lights were on. At 9:10 am--10 minutes after my appointment was scheduled--I got a text saying they had to cancel because of "network issues." This was incredibly inconsiderate. I had taken time off work, wasted gas, and driven there for absolutely nothing--for the second time! To make matters worse, they never answer their phones, so trying to get in touch with them is a nightmare. This office has canceled two appointments on me since July, and I've only been seen once. The communication is terrible, the management is completely disorganized, and they are wildly inconsistent and inconsiderate. I ended up calling a different local dentist that takes my insurance, and they got me in for an exam and cleaning the very next day. I absolutely do not recommend this office to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

Finally moved my daughter to a new dentist and thats how we found out that they hadn't been cleaning my daughters teeth properly. She was surprised that the new hygienist used the scraping tool and floss as all her past cleaning had been the flouride and tooth brush only.Luckily it seems they did properly take care of any cavities so that was a relief. Besides this, appointments tended to be all over the place. Sometimes on time and others very late. They seem to book as many back to back kids as possible and if one thing goes wrong then you're stuck waiting. We had one specific instance where my kid woke up sick, the day of, and we called to let them know and the receptionist very rudely said that our kid could not be seen for 6 months because of this and hung up. If I could re-do it again, i wouldn't bring my child here but when choices were limited it was the better of 2 places. It wasn't all bad but far from being good. My daughter never experienced pain so at least that was good.
