I booked nearly a month in advance and up until the day of the wedding, the company had been responsive and I had received fairly high customer service. The company had charged me in weekly installments and by the day of our event, I had fully paid them. Then on the day of my own wedding, I get a text and then some calls from the driver around 2 pm (the bus was due at out house at 4:30) saying they had to cancel on us because of issues with the bus. I like to think of myself as a reasonable guy and I get that buses can break down. But to find out a few hours beforehand that they have no other options for us, and on my wedding day, was infuriating and super stressful. The company made no other offers, such as a smaller bus and I never received a call or apology from the owner after this fiasco. (We were able to book another bus at the last moment from Action Limousines and they delivered excellent service.) Do not use this company. They do not deserve your business.

She was fantastic in knowing that this was a new experience for us, and she answered all of our questions. On the wedding day, Roman arrived in a beautiful, spotless Mercedes S-Class sedan. He prepared their special red carpet, and all of my guests were impressed with the precision in which he set everything up. The car was spotless and the champagne they provided was excellent. Roman was incredibly fun, and professional. He made sure we had a safe and pleasant environment as the emotions from the day began to roll in. He never let us lift a single bag or open a door on our own. He was knowledgeable about the car and even gave us a nice taste of the acceleration on the interstate. Given that this was the day before I needed the car it gave me no time to find an alternative service - was really unimpressed by this. Booked a Lincoln Town car, the driver showed up a little late (due to traffic) in a Fusion limo. Initially I was a bit disappointed, but the driver was excellent and the car was clean and well appointed and on reflection a town car isn't that special anyway and the Fusion is probably it's modern equivalent. The remainder of the experience was great, the driver got us to dinner on time and picked us up on time, had it not been for the feeling of being stitched up on the price I would have given them 5 stars. Unless you're booking them for a number of hours make sure that they really can do the price they quote for the journey you asked for.
