Most other places seem to have the mindset that because of bureaucracy, that things aren't possible. The answer seems always to be "No, you can't do that!". But at RBC, I've found they are super helpful and have a business-friendly, positive attitude. Their answer usually is "Well, let's see what we can do for you." And then they do something.... From counter clerks, to account managers, to loan agents and everyone in between, these people are friendly and helpful and such a treat to be able to work with such great people. Very impressed.
