The car finally came after an hour of waiting in the cold. This is just one story. I do not recommend. Also, most of the drivers I've dealt with are ok. It's not so much the drivers (some of them are rude and are no good) the real problem is dispatch and the car company. They make the drivers pick up as many people as they can and run around in circles and make people late like I said above. Most of the drivers are ok I am not placing the blame on them, the problem is the company.

When it came time to transport another family member who was looking for a scheduled pickup, this was the service that I felt could do it without fuss. They were on time and they were professional and had some pretty top notch equipment to help the process go smoothly. The crew were a nice couple of guys, who were thorough in their questioning but came prepared. They were considerate enough to let me sit in the front to accompany my ailing family member, which was a pretty interesting experience to say the least. By the time they arrived at the hospital (which going from one borough to another is never an easy feat ... in traffic), they were delicate and tedious with how they handled everything. There was no time that was off the table and they made the process seem pretty easy overall.
