I need Flame Resistant clothing for work. I need 3 sets in 4 days. I looked on their website to see what options there are. After pricing everything out, it came to roughly $800. I noticed that the store offered curbside pickup. When I called to place my order, I spoke to "Jake" who checked if what I wanted was in stock. He told me that one item was, but the others were not although they had similar items. I asked if they had them in my size given I'm a large individual (6'5" 370lbs). He assured me they had multiple FRs in my size. So I drove an hour to the store to find out they have nothing. No shirts, pants, or even coveralls in my size. I even asked another employee "Victor," who told me they don't carry my size in FRs, same with very few other items in the store Needless to say, I'm displeased. read more

I've been shopping at this store since it opened. As a female in the trades carhartt is my go to for workwear. The employees at this store have always been extremely helpful. I buy the major majority of my clothing for work from carhartt because it's one of the only work wear brands that caters to women in the trades and values customers. I have only had an issue with a piece of clothing once and carhartt replaced it and I had no problems since. Very loyal to this company and happy to have a large store open near me. read more

I am not writing a review for the brick & mortar store, I am writing a review for the Carhartt online store. I purchased 5 short sleeve pocketed t-shirts recently (4 are still in the wrapper). After wearing the shirt twice a hole developed in the lower front area. So I will make a few points. 1) I wrote to carhartt's online customer service form (on their website) twice, but no one ever responded to my correspondence. 2) It appears that the quality of the fabric is grossly sub standard and not what I used to get from Carhartt. I have 4 new shirts which I would like to return, but don't know where or how. I will never buy another carhartt product again and anyone considering their products should understand that they are not only making crap, they don't even care enough to respond to your correspondence. A single employee could affect an entire store. Been here on 3 different occasions & made purchases during all 3 because I believe in second chances. Unfortunately, I've noticed an employee (non Caucasian) I believe had dreads at the time, greeted only Caucasian customers. Both times entering and leaving the store after a purchase, I notice that this one employee did not bother to even said hi and he didn't even said thank you or good day to the (non Caucasian) paying customer upon departing the store. He even looked straight at the customer then looked away but when a Caucasian customer walked in he immediately greeted. Smh. Everyone else in the store was extremely friendly and greeted ALL the customers. Kudos to those! And I am sorry that a single employee is making your store as a whole look bad. read more

I just want the Carhartt khaki colored carpenter jeans in 32x32 I've been wearing forever. I ordered a pant from the main website that looked similar. They didn't have my size in khaki that's okay I try a different color, my problem is the new material. These things are spandex. I had never been in an actual Carhartt store before but very glad I went in! There was​ plenty of staff on hand to attend to each customer. They also had the answers to my questions. I was stunned that the customer service was so excellent and was caught off guard​. The pants I selected on are now my favorite work pants. They fit perfect for the job and are durable enough where I don't feel like I will have to replace them because of wear anytime soon. My fiancé also got a pair of work pants, ​and his review is just as positive. read more

Every time I visit Carhartt Cherry Hill, I feel well taken care of. The staff is very friendly and have never made me feel out of a place (which I sometimes do as a woman). One of the staff members, Michael, went out of his way to make sure I had overalls that fit me right. He even showed me how to cuff the bottoms as I'm pretty petite. I love it here and can't wait to go back for some more winter items!!! read more

I am so happy this store exists near. When I order items online and they do not fit correctly. I just take a ride down to the store and return or exchange them. No more paying for return shipping, then waiting for a different size to come. More often than not, they have the correct size on hand. Staff is always pleasant and extremely helpful. This place is amazing. As someone who needs tough quality clothing, Carhartt is the way to go. Good prices and bombproof gear. It being a new store, it is well stocked, very clean and the service was great.
