It showed up in November near where I work so myself and a lady I work with who is Jamaican went to try it out. They run out of things so they didn't have the rice I wanted but I got the rasta pasta with jerk chicken. First things first this is a SPICY dish and while I am ok with spicy it didn't mention it anywhere on the menu so if you aren't familiar with jerk chicken you may not realize it's going to be spicy. This was spicier than any jerk chicken I've ever had. The pasta was cooked well but this dish was just ok. My friend who is from Jamaica said it was not authentic to Jamaican food at all. Look at my pics the Lau Lau is very moist and they put nice amount of pork fat . That's the trick you need to add a little fat not all lean pork it will be dry . Last time I experienced a little dry Lau Lau now it's very good and moist . The only recommendation I would like to tell management they need to cut the luau stems a little it was long and stringy.
