The fish was crispy, a tad dry but tasty. The sides were good and rice was not sticky. My Jaroocho was incredible! Soooooo fresh. It was exactly what I wanted to eat. It tasted like a gazpacho and shrimp ceviche made a beautiful family but with chunkier cucumber, tomatoes and onions. The tomato sauce was light but rich. I took leftovers and it undoubtedly even tasted better the next day. Go to El Guacamole and get anything with their bright, beautiful avocados.
