On 1/17/26, I returned at 8:00 PM and waited over an hour. When I asked for a simple ETA because I had to be in Queens, the employee dismissed me entirely and started serving the person behind me. Worst of all, other customers began co-signing this behavior, telling me they had been waiting too and making excuses for the delay. I had to address a man behind me to remind him that where I spend my money is 100% within my control. When they finally tried to hand me the food after I demanded a refund, the employee was smiling as if she hadn't just dehumanized me. I refused the food and took my money.
