I have been here twice; once in 2023 and the other time last Friday morning. More recently, I got a lumberjack sandwich and a caramel oat milk espresso shaker. The sandwich was okay but I was definitely looking for more of a standard breakfast sandwich (which was my fault for not ordering). I didn't love the sauce on it but it was still a good pick me up for my long drive ahead. My coffee was pretty decent. My coffee snob eating for it would be a 6/10 but my fast food coffee rating would be a 9/10. The espresso was alright. The service was amazing! My barista and order taker was Kim; she was super helpful, patient, and kind. When I had been there before, the other baristas were super nice as well. The ambiance when I had been there before and went inside was really nice for a chain coffee place. I really enjoyed it. My only real complaint is that their menu is a little complicated and if you haven't been there a lot then especially the drive thru could be a little overwhelming. read more

Visiting from out of town, we really enjoyed this Caribou Coffee. It was so clean inside, bathrooms included and when I came in to order, I was greeted with a warm smile and welcome in. As someone that grew up in the area, I often hear that you just don't get "MN nice" traveling elsewhere. I beg to differ. We haven't had the warmest welcome at a few places while back, so wanted to drop a "well done" to this place! Thanks for being so welcoming. My teen boys loved their drinks. For me, in general this chain is just too sweet for my taste compared to the other big chain we usually visit. I think I would just ask for less chocolate or sweeteners used next time. I think I circled twice before realizing the drive thru was closed. Might be a "me problem" but some signage would be helpful too. Service was excellent! I was able to order efficiently and the checkout employee was friendly. For the amount of customers waiting for their order, I felt my drink was made in a reasonable time - and it was made correctly which is super important because I have allergies. The inside did seem to be smaller than other locations. It felt crowded even though the tables weren't all taken. I wouldn't come here to try and study, but maybe catch up with a friend. They do have a couple of tables with umbrellas outside, which would make a good chatting spot too. Fun tidbit - this location has a bit of construction going on. One inner wall has plyboard up. It seems they're making the most of it though, adding string lights and "missing person" poster to create a Stranger Things theme. My child Olivia Marie Grace came to this caribou after a long day at school. She went there to buy a drink and use the bathroom. She was told she could not use the restroom and was kicked out of the store because they "don't allow middle schoolers inside." I am extremely upset. My daughter nearly wet herself. I think it's VERY unprofessional. I've spent a lot of money at this establishment. I am never coming back. These poor minors aren't aloud to go to the bathroom. Or stay in there on a hot day. I will be spreading the word around because this was absolutely unacceptable. read more

I sent someone there for a coffee all I wanted was a frozen espresso. They told him that they could not do that because their coffee comes already mixed so what that meant was they could not put the coffee in the blender! I called and spoke to the manager she was supposed to get back to me, she never called me back. I went back in, to order the same thing. At first I was being ignored because she was talking about the new construction to a different customer that seemed like he was a regular, then when I asked for my espresso blended, she again stated that they could not put that in the blender. Worst service I've ever had, will never go back there! Went to Starbucks and ordered the same thing, told them my experience, they laughed because all they had to do was add some ice and some oat milk to the coffee and blend it! If you're looking for a good customer service, and people that will treat you well and go out of their way for you (even though it's really not going out of their way), do not go there! read more

Super busy at 9 on Sunday. Not much indoor seating. One guy taking up a 4 top by himself. Table of 6 or 7 and one guy set his crutches on a empty table. The table with the crutches had one chair but the large group took the other so we couldn't sit at that table. Service was the usual for a Caribou, nothing over the top. I would say if your not a regular here on a Sunday good luck finding seating. The inconsiderate customers is not this stores fault read more

Out of all the chain coffee houses I think Caribou Coffee is the best however, I wasn't impressed with the location of this one. IMO you have to be looking around and just happen to notice this location. It is located off the bridge ramp entrance to Highway 65. Sorry kinda hard to explain. One big negative I had with this store was there is no drive through. Big problem for me as usually my husband and I like to grab a coffee as we are driving to work when we carpool so having to walk in when we are trying to beat traffic is a big ppffft for me. I am sure if you live in the area and want to work from the store it might be great for you as they have a nicely laid out floor plan and a secluded outdoor seating space. Coffee was of the same quality, although the barista gave my husband a medium instead of the large light roast he ordered. As I mentioned I like Caribou out of all the other coffee chains but wasn't impressed and wouldn't go back to this one. read more

I love Caribou Coffee. This location is always clean and fairly quick. They have gotten my my order wrong maybe two times because they didn't read it back to confirm, but overall it was no big deal. This location is only a block away from my new apartment. I already visit this location frequently, but I would probably visit a lot more if this location had a drive thru. The atmosphere inside is incredibly nice however. It's not somewhere I mind going inside, it's just less convenient in some situations. Overall, I'm satisfied with my experiences at this Caribou and will continue to return on a regular basis. read more
