First, they do use Herbalife powders for the shakes and other items. Second, there are no nutritional facts posted online or in store which is not good for those counting calories or with any allergies or other dietary restrictions they need to look out for. However, I think an Herbalife smoothie is going to be better than fried chicken or a cheeseburger and fries in any healthy universe so whether I know what all that entails or not, the shake is the lesser evil. My main personal gripe is there are no visual representations of the menu items except from Instagram and that doesn't even cover a fraction of their extensive menu. Also, I was expecting my drink to be cute like all the pix I have seen, so was disappointed that my shake looked so basic. Not even chocolate on the inside of the cup along w toppings. The flavor was fine, a bit icy the first day, and I got about two servings from the regular size for my appetite. I wouldn't say it was anything special though.
