Breakfast Sandwich - S Chicken Fried Steak & Eggs
    Hannah A.

Want a good breakfast with good coffee options? This is a must try place! Their staff is friendly and the whole restaurant feels cozy! They can get crazy busy so make a reservation. Our favorite is the chicken fried steak and eggs! The mushroom gravy is flavor packed and the loaded hash browns is icing on the cake! They have a great variety of savory and sweet breakfast items

In town for a few days and stopped in with a friend for her sister birthday brunch. Ambiance is casual and bright and decor is very nice. The staff were friendly though we were sat for awhile before our waiter came to our table to acknowledge us. I ordered the beef tacos and a sugar free vanilla latte. My friend got the same tacos but she tried the horchata latte. Overall, the food was good and the tacos were loaded up and very filling. I would have liked more of the pickled cabbage. Will definitely dine here again next time im.in town.

Banana Bread Latte was too much, take it to go.

Stopped at Hope Breakfast Bar to fuel up for a day of shopping. Great experience start to finish. The Latte's were both delicious. The star of the show was the Biscuit and Gravy. This is not your traditional sausage gravy from your local Mom and Pop, but don't let that scare you off. The Mushroom Gravy is savory and earthy, a great combination for the amazing biscuit that was fluffy and delicious. The eggs were also executed well, and I believe finished with a light chive oil, nice touch. The Banana Churro Waffles were enjoyed by my beautiful bride, she said they were Amazing but by the end the sweetness got to her, truly an amazing feat. Heads up, you will want to get a reservation on the weekends, popular place drawing from all over the metro. Will definitely be back to try some of there creative dishes.

I was surprised (in the best way) to find out Hope's Breakfast opened a Blaine location finally something this good close to home! I ordered the smoked salmon on an everything bagel and wow... so delicious. Fresh, flavorful, and just the right amount of cream cheese. This alone is reason to come back. As for drinks, I went in curious and came out impressed. The birthday cake shot was sweet and fun, exactly what you'd expect. The espresso martini was a solid pick, especially if you're a coffee lover -- dark, bold, no Baileys, just good espresso flavor. The pistachio martini was a little out there for me, but the blueberry muffin martini? Super unique and actually tasty like a dessert in a glass. Service was friendly and on top of things, just a bit slow at times, though to be fair it was a packed Sunday morning. Ambience was good with motivational words everywhere in the decor All in all, Hope's is a win. I'll definitely be back to try more off the menu.

Amazing first-day experience! We were blown away by the incredible service and food on their opening day. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a team of genuinely friendly and welcoming staff--it made such a great first impression. For drinks, we had the Aperol Spritz and the Orange Dreamsicle--both were refreshing and delicious. For our meals, we tried the Reuben bowl and the Hawaiian bowl. The portions were generous--we easily could have shared! Every bite was flavorful and satisfying. We'll definitely be back, and it's a huge plus that they accept reservations. Can't wait to return!

What a fun first visit to the newly opened Hope BB! Ambiance and service were 5+ stars. It's got a really cool brunch vibe....with a drink menu that goes on forever! Food was good. Probably 4 stars. Lots of choices and the biscuits are dynamite! We've already booked our next reservation. We're so excited to have this great breakfast spot in Blaine!

What a fantastic addition to the city of Blaine for a breakfast and brunch option!!! The menu is mouth watering delicious! I can't wait to come back and try everything from the beverages(n/a and fully loaded options) to the food. Ambiance is bright and cheery, nice patio with morning sunshine. Service is friendly, prompt, happy to give opinions, however never asked how our food tasted or prepared to liking. I have previously ordered to go and I highly recommend the B.B.A.L.T add an egg.

First time at the new Blaine location. It's a lovely space but it gets really loud in there. It was very busy even on a weekday. I would highly recommend making reservations. Our server was great. We ordered coffee to start off. We got the Pistachio Cardamom coffee and the Horchata Cafe. I was a little disappointed with the Pistachio Cardamom coffee. The coffee had really good Pistachio flavor but I couldn't taste the Cardamom at all. The Horchata Cafe was good. For food we got Smoked Salmon and Pimento cheese scramble, Bacon Tacos and Pina Colada French Toast. The Smoked Salmon with the Pimento Cheese Scramble was delicious. The smoked salmon was delicious. Everything together was a perfect bite. Bacon Tacos were good. Guacamole was the best thing on the tacos. The taco had really good flavors but the Pork Belly was a little disappointing. Not sure how the Pork Belly was cooked but I think if they were fried it would have added more texture and flavor to the dish. The French toast was good as well. It was supposed to be like a Pineapple upside down cake. The Cream cheese Maple Syrup was delicious but the Pineapples on there were not caramelized at all, still pretty raw. When you think about Pineapple upside down cake you want the caramelized Pineapples. Everything was good but I felt like there were things that needed a little more attention.

The place looked super cute. And we were excited to try. Apparently it is reservations only so make sure that you know this and book ahead. The photo I got was the one and only sadly. I will update this review once we have time to go back and try.

This new breakfast bar opened in Blaine and they are busy! Reservation recommended. We went out for brunch and ordered a variety of food. My daughter not much of a breakfast fan, ordered the gyro bowl. I love French toast but they didn't have regular old fashion French toast on their menu, so I decided on biscuits and gravy with hash brown. My parents however love breakfast and ordered pancakes and waffles. Ambiance is nice, clean, reminds of white barn feel.

an amazing menu with so so many options! there is something for everyone to eat. my mom and i got the hope waffle and the mchope sandwhich. we finished everything. i totally recommended upgrading ur hasbrowns. The decor in the restaurant is lovely, and has a great vibe. Service was great! Make a reservation if going on the weekend!

The food and drinks here are spectacular. The first time we went everything was excellent. It was Sunday morning and the place was busy but we had reservations, we got seated quickly and service was great. The cocktails and mimosa tower were all priced well and plentiful. Food was perfect and delicious! The second time I visited on a Monday morning, there were maybe 12 tables seated and only one server plus the hostess. Took a very long time to get waters and even longer before we could order drinks and food. They were out of cold pressed coffee so several drinks were unavailable. I ordered the same dish I'd had previously and the flavor was great but the meat was overcooked, guessing due to them being busier than expected and the kitchen in a hurry. Hopefully the poor service on our second trip is just due to them being a new restaurant and they'll get the kinks sorted and turn it into a 5* place!

We ordered the lettuce wraps, Korean street noodles, a mocktail, and a non Corona. (They're down with the nons, which is a GREAT addition to any menu. Owner, thank you for that, I desperately needed to trick my brain into thinking I was drinking a real beer tonight.) The menu is diverse, they have simple known dishes, and different styles of dishes you haven't tried before to mix it up a little. Give the hare a try? Absolute yes. The ambiance is calm, music at a decent volume, and lights are low, and the food and drinks are plentiful. This is an easy first date spot, late night food spot, or chill evening to gather with friends! The staff was helpful, warm, and super prompt. Will be back, great vibe!

I am a recently diagnosed celiac. I very much wanted to like this place because the amount of…read moreGF/gluten-friendly restaurants in this area are slim. The two positives: 1) Our waitress. For the life of me I cannot remember her name, but she was delightful. Blonde with an easy smile, super attentive to our table, even when we were disappointed. 2) Patio seating. It was nice to have the option to choose sitting inside or outside during the summer months. The patio looked clean and well-maintained. Now...the critiques. 1) The lack of menu modifications. This is a big one for me. To me, this is a sign of a very insecure and lazy chef. The only way I can figure justifying no customer menu modifications is if you were eating somewhere with a Michelin star. This place does not (and food criticism to follow below). What frustrated me is that -- as someone with anxiety -- I checked the menu online. The fine print at the bottom of their physical menu did not make it onto their website at all. I checked again after leaving and still did not see any disclaimer upon further review. I think that's really telling about how unpopular this particular kitchen policy would be if it was made more public. It should not be one chef's option to decide what the appropriate "flavor profile" for a dish is if customers can see aspects from other dishes that they would enhance their experience with a meal. Having a variety rich menu should allow for wonderful offerings from other dishes to brought in for customer-specific tastes. Swapping out different kinds of aioli was one feature that my father mentioned that would not be permitted by this chef's ego trip. 2) The Cheese curds were greasy. And yes, fried food naturally has some grease. Unfortunately the cloth napkins are not a conducive way to remove excess grease. Further, these cheese curds were greasier than other comparable restaurants in the area. It was so bad I had some very fun intestinal distress after leaving the restaurant. So. The first thing I put in my mouth from this restaurant left me feeling ill. Overall, this experience and this menu knowledge was an incredibly unsatisfying endeavor. I cannot, however, bring myself to give one star though, no matter how upset bad food makes me. The service was honestly good and the facilities were nice. The mission of this restaurant -- to serve gluten-free/vegetarian meals in a location that doesn't have a whole lot of other options -- is admirable. I, however, will not be choosing to return.

Booked at Prime as most other choices were already full and we thought we'd give them a try. Arrived to find out they were backed up and our reservation may be at risk. Bar tender told us "people are just staying longer than we expect". We discovered why later. The place is small. The bar was staffed by three bartenders and they were still slow to take orders and deliver drinks. The bourbon and scotch list was small and a very mundane selection. Not a steak house level of options. If I'm going to spend $90 for a steak I expect casual, comfortable and not squeezed in tight with others. Seemed more mid-level than a high level steak house. We were seated and our drink order was taken and delivered. Then nothing. Finally came to take our order. Maybe 20 minutes into our evening. Then another very long wait until our appetizers finally came. And a longer wait for the meals themselves. There are no toppings for the steaks (I.e. crumbled blue cheese). Instead they bring out small metal cups of sauces. Not what I would expect. The tomahawk looked great. The asparagus was a very small order for the price and almost cold by the time it got to us. We finally wrapped the night after 3 hours. And I now see why reservations were being pushed. The delays were painful. Operationally they are having issues. This is NOT on the level of a Pittsburg Blue; which I would accept but their prices are even higher than Blue. The steaks were nice. But nothing any better than other options with better service. The 20% tip was already added to our bill. Our waitress was wonderful but this didn't warrant 20%. So we tried something new. Not a disaster, but we will not be going back when there are so many other better steakhouse options not that far away.
