But we were just going to order 1 cup of coffee and go. A three minute process and then you get a tip. But instead of us getting our coffee or being polite to us. The person behind the counter lied to my face. She said it's already past closing. She and I both look at the clock and she said "see I told you". Was at caribou in colborn this morning. 3 people working. Stood there 5 minutes not one would come over to help me.

The service and quality of food matches the level set across the coffee and bagels Corp. Very excited by having a familiar place to get work done and it was very clean and open. ordered glazed donuts around 9:30am and the donuts were borderline frozen. wouldn't recommend them and go elsewhere for a fresh donut. I'm not sure how old they were but they were NOT fresh. For the price of the donuts ($2.99 each) they should be larger and fresh- they are a very dense donut unlike other glazed donut. read more

The sign outside the store shows this as a Caribou and Einsteins but they are known as Coffee & Bagels and list Brueggers as well as Manhatten Bagel. Whatever. A couple beat me to the counter and seemed to have trouble understanding the menu combinations. I gazed at the wall menus and could see where the confusion lies. The clerk was pointing out this and that option, then went into the points and rewards program, so let's give it about a 4 minute wait. There was one other employee watching and learning. The counter is divided with ordering on one side and pick up to the right. I was hoping the right side would be just to order coffee but no one was there anyway. After the couple went to wait for their order I was asked for mine. You know me I'm a brewed coffee guy so just a small dark roast. Asked if I had a points card I let them know I did not. She then wanted my name as I thought they were going for my email address and points sign up. I asked why my name was needed and was informed to call out my name when the order was ready. I suppose I thought someone could just pour coffee in a cup and hand it to me. This is more like Tim Horton's style of pos marketing. So in a few seconds the second person took the five steps to the right poured the coffee, lidded and was about to shout my name as I quickly reached out to take it and added a hot cup sheath. Worker who finally made her way to cash register had nametag on hat that said Val. She takes our order with a "anything else" after each item. Then rather than give us our total just told us to put the card in the machine. Once it was approved she walked off. Zero customer service at this location. Won't be back. read more

Rude customer service on the fat guy, he kept lying to me saying they couldn't do things for my drink when the other stores could before. Four kids working at 7 pm. Not one of them could be bothered to even acknowledge me and my family when we walked into the restaurant and waited at the cash register - obviously ready to order. At least two of them saw us and didn't even say hello. There was one car in the drive thru so it's not like they were super busy. No excuse - just plain rude. Can't even rate the food because after waiting for four or five minutes with NO acknowledgement we left. read more

Coffee and bagels is a great combination. We stopped in for lunch and it was busy. The line was solid in the drive thru and more full inside. We got our sandwiches fast and there was a bit of delay for the coffee drinks. When I went back in line to get desert bagels the cashier remembered my name. Nice service for a first visit. Constantly delivering wrong orders and always insanely slow to produce. Yes, this place is busy and I understand that but watching the staff move slow every time I am in there is amazingly disgusting frustrating of the dozens of times I have stopped in this place only one time have I ever witnessed any of the staff jump in to either move the line along or to help other people out. I stop on here a couple of times a week simply because it's the only convenient place on my commute but I think today will be my last stop. I order four items, two of which were grabbed right away then I waited 20 minutes for two non toasted items that simply needed to be cut and have stuff put on them and they put the wrong stuff on one. Then when I went in and complained I waited 5 more minutes for the correction. I will no longer visit this location. read more
