I have come by here a couple of times and have purchased items. Apparently, this is my first time reviewing here. Their coffee here is really good! I have never had a bad cup here! Today, I had a Large hot caramel flavored crafted press coffee and an apple Danish. Once again, they did not disappoint! I was told that the coffee I ordered by the sweet lady Analy that helped me, that it was a less stronger coffee. Perfect taste to my liking. When I fly, I don't like strong coffee. For sure, when I come through Denver Airport Terminal A, I will order more items here in the future! I highly recommend you purchase from here. I will be back again soon! read more

I don't usually fly out of Terminal A and I don't remember this Caribou in center court so not sure if it's new? Service was friendly and fast. I go the mint condition which is very sweet, I wish they had the option of dialing down the sweetness. Good fast coffee. read more

Luke warm coffee that tasted like ass. No napkins??? WTF? That pretty much sums it up. How does a coffee shop run out of napkins (and six other things according to their hand written sign). Associate argued with me saying it was steaming when she poured the coffee. What, six hours ago??? It wouldn't steam if you were standing in sub zero temperatures. Keep your $5. Much better! It's been a while since I flew out of terminal A. Caribou was my go to coffee place but it was so slow! They revamped something and not only did the line move quickly, my coffee and bakery was up within 2-3 minutes. Iced coffee, pastry and everything bagel, toasted with cream cheese. Great service! The smells wafting out of their space were mouth watering. I walked over to see what peppermint drinks they had. The server said she could make me a hot chocolate with peppermint in it. I was excited as nothing says holidays to me more than peppermint. The drink was good. Minty and a little sweet for me but good. Next time I might ask for a larger size drink to balance the sweet as I loved the peppermint. read more

Nice flavorful coffee and that's what they are known for. Lines move very quickly so don't have to worry about missing your flight. Muffin tops are delicious bit pass on the scones. Or maybe eat the scones before the muffin top. Scones were still quite cold, fresh out of the refrigerator? Pizza Hut and KFC is right behind it, hidden from the view and very short line if you want to grab some grease cheesy carbs for about $6 read more

Very poor customer service. I stopped in on Friday, August 15 2025 between 9:15am and 10:00am. The two women acted like I was putting them out when I asked for cream cheese for my bagel. This was after I had paid over $20 for a bagel, chocolate croissant and small coffee! Next time I'm in the Denver airport (next week); I'll avoid them like the plague. read more

After my last coffee experience in the Houston airport I was reluctant to venture out. I popped into the caribou location just past terminal c32. I was greeted by a friendly energetic young man that was friendly and outgoing. He took my order and even spelled my name correctly. It's been years since I've been to a Caribou Coffee, and I'm not surprised that the Oatmilk lattes were good at DIA. I found that the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about allergens in their syrups and products. Five stars for that, its why I don't go to Starbucks anymore. This review is for the one in the middle of the food court by Voodoo Doughnuts, Wolfgang Puck and Jamba Juice: All around very meh. I ordered a cappuccino and was confused when she asked what size I wanted. (As a professionally trained barista sometimes I'm a bit of a purist, but I do enjoy "candy coffee" like frappuccinos every now and again so I know I'm not a snob about it! I just like well crafted beverages...) In that moment I had a feeling it wasn't going to be incredible, as a true cappuccino is really only one thing, and the primary focus is on the ratio between milk to SILKY foam to espresso, which can't be achieved with anything bigger than 12 oz (though traditionally 10oz with a double shot). The foam was chunky, and not silky at all, indicating the barista is not trained well, but I gave 3 stars because he did pull a good espresso shot for it, which was only ever-so-slightly over-pulled, and still maintained that rich buttery essense that only well-timed shots have. All and all I would only come back here to get a "candy coffee" beverage if I was feeling it, because that's very clearly what they specialize in, not traditional beverages. read more

While the prices are definitely airport premiums, the line flowed smoothly, order was taken promptly and the White Chocolate Malted Mocha Latte saved the morning. However, there was a small snaffu - I was given the wrong Brian's drink which I only discovered after I'd wandered back to my gate. Because I don't do black (which is what the other clearly weird Brian had ordered - and frankly, ad dead giveaway he was a Bryan w/ a "y"- however, I digress). Having discovered the error in the pickup, I made the trek back to the Caribou and they had no problem swapping it out and giving me the correct drink. It's a high turn environment in an airport so I appreciate the prompt fixing and understanding from both baristas. I'll be back! read more

I come here because it's the prize fight compared to Dunkin' Donuts to Mcdonald's laughable coffee. Unfortunately, the service isn't something that I expected to be top notch. Caribou Coffee made it to my list of chain coffee shops. There isn't anything wrong with that. I got a strong coffee with no coffee creamer and multiple packs of sugar. Their sugar is thicker than other brands, which is fairly nice. I liked how strong it was indeed, it got cold pretty quick, but I did enjoy the cute, holiday packaging it came with! read more

Shaken espresso is just the right combination of everything. Espresso roast is robust, not too sweet and not overly milky. Would give a 5 star but service attendant making espresso is very rude! She threw my drink out because I didn't hear her call my name, then proceeded to question me if i was there or if i left....and as I patiently waited for my remake she purposely remade several drinks before mine, she never actually let me know if she was going to remake it, so I then asked her if she was remaking it for me, and she stated very sharply " you're just gonna have to wait for us to make all of our other drinks first !" As I watched a never ending line of people, at the busy 9 am hour, I promptly re entered line, and when i got to register the polite young man asked the barista if she was remaking my drink and she stated it was next...maybe she was hoping I would miss my flight or miss my coffee.... And just maybe your employees need more breaks or paid vacation , she was so rude... maybe she discriminated against me based on my race who knows. I don't see the purpose in giving poor customer service, I definitely regretted my tip! That is why tips are customarily given after service not before! No pre-tip from now on. If I could rate it no stars I would. Was needing a pick-me-up before my flight since our plane was delayed 2 hours. I ordered a decaf latte and chai tea latte. Miles ahead of the location inside the B gates! Acceptable coffee. Generally drinking Starbucks because of the United gates I use, but if I have time I'll walk/stop over here. This Caribou location in the main terminal seems a bit fancier than the one past security. Friendlier employees. More selection. Impressive decor. If you have the time sit down and enjoy your coffee. People watch, have a scone etc. I personally feel a lot of the coffee experience is the pomp and circumstance of creating your beverage. My drink is unique and should be treated as such is the sentiment. These guys are happy to make your coffee and I feel like I'm in an actual Caribou store rather than at DIA at all. Coffee stand downstairs and nearby coffee at Taco Bell or Burger King. If you just want to grab an iced something this spot will do. Little more specialized than a burrito place that also brews coffee. read more

But if you're in the A Terminal there are only so many choices, and I wasn't about to hit up the golden arches, thankyouverymuch.
