Poor service Ordered a cappuccino and they didn't tell me it was an original size which was small and I asked for honey they charged me1.25 when they had free packets of honey on the counter . Never again . Writting this for my memory to just go to Starbucks. Horrible staff. They should be more knowledgeable and helpful .

My boyfriend and I visit this spot nearly every time we are in the Denver airport. We love it! My favorite is the matcha latte, & his is the chai latte. Quality is consistently good. Staff is friendly and orders are made quickly. Will continue to visit here when traveling in DEN!

3.5 star experience. Not expecting too much for airport items. I ordered an americano $5. It was a larger cup and surprisingly smooth for an airport coffee. Also bought a san pallegrino for $5 which was a bit gnarly. No line, quick service, prices rough for bottled beverages here. read more

On our way to the airport didn't have time to stop for coffee, so was very glad to see Novo just steps away from our gate. The line was long but was pleasantly surprised with how fast they all worked to make it move fast. The wait gave me time to look at their food menu, which worked out because in addition to the coffee I got breakfast burritos. The lady taking my order was super nice and friendly, and the order came out fairly fast. On the plane we got to try the burritos and they were really good. Perfect to keep us going all through our connecting flight home. read more

I would really give 3.5 if I could but it's not worth 4.. I asked for my matcha latte with extra matcha. The barista wrote on my order "extra matcha for some reason" which felt a little rude. Whatever no big deal. The latte was so mid. I don't think they put extra matcha in. All I can taste is milk. I source my matcha from a Japanese farmer directly and have toured matcha farms and seen it ground in person. Needless to say I like matcha and I know what a good matcha latte tastes like. Unfortunately this wasn't it. HOWEVER, the sandwich I had was freaking bomb. The cheese was all meaty and the bread was perfect. So that's why it got the rating it got. I've always liked this place but this is my first visit at the airport. I was surprised at the short line (I got lucky because it grew quite a bit by the time I got my drink). I had a latte with oat milk. They nailed it except it wasn't not hot enough for me. On a cold day I was looking for hot, not luke warm. I'm not sure if this is normal or if mine somehow ended up less than hot. read more

I got the Novo Delight- nitro cold brew with vanilla and half and half. Service was quick! The barista wasn't overly talkative, but that doesn't bother me a bit. He served me quickly and kindly! As a coffee shop manager myself, I love seeing homemade syrups at other stores. You can see the vanilla beans in the drink, which speaks to the real ingredients! I also felt the drink was well-balanced, and not overly sweet or creamy. Will definitely stop here next time I'm through Denver! read more

I'm judging a local roaster for their coffee. It was spot on with great staff. The croissants have a lot to be desired. Probably the worst I've had stateside!!! Bready and stale. Will be back, just not for the pastries. Vendor needs to be changed. read more

I had a couple mezcal paper planes that were extremely well crafted and we struck up a pretty great conversation about Mexico and tequila. The food here is TOP notch, which I was surprised by. That evening, I was craving pho. Pho 92 came recommended and I was immediately drawn to the clear broth in the photos while researching Yelp for Vietnamese food. It was a Thursday evening when we arrived at Pho 92, and the restaurant was packed. It was loud, with staff bustling about and patrons enjoying their meals. The aroma of the pho broth was just as I had hoped for a busy restaurant. We waited approximately 10 min for a table. The staff were pretty efficient and looked to have a good system going for bussing tables. Hailing from CA, I am no stranger to good pho, and this place hit the spot. I'm so glad I decided to get the regular instead of the large, because wow those portion sizes were indeed huge. My husband made the "mistake" of ordering the combination vermicelli bowl, and it came packed with tender proteins and crispy egg rolls. That just meant for some delicious leftovers (that actually reheated perfectly). The pho broth was as clear as I had imagined from looking at other patrons' photos. It still had a good depth of flavor, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It had been a long travel day for us, so I didn't want oily soup. (Sometimes I do enjoy rich, oilier pho broth, but not that night.) The pho came with a plethora of herbs, which I of course used all of. Be warned that their chili oil is very spicy, which I accidentally put too much of without first trying (oops). I generally don't go to the same spot twice during a trip, as I enjoy trying out different local businesses, but Pho 92 would have been a spot I'd return to again if we had had the time and if I had wanted pho again. Their menu is huge, so there are plenty of dishes to choose from to satisfy your cravings, whatever those might be for any given day. We will definitely be back the next time we visit CO!

I would give them 3.5 stars if I could, but I'm rounding up for the great service. My first visit was excellent. Service was very friendly and helpful, asking if I wanted to bundle the two empanadas I wanted with a sauce for $10, a deal I had not noticed. I got a mushroom empanada, a BBQ chicken empanada, and a side of chimichurri. I was told it would take about 10 minutes for my order, which I appreciated for two reasons: (1) it set my expectation properly and (2) it meant the empanadas would be freshly baked. My empanadas were ready on time and were excellent. They were crispier than other baked empanadas I've had and had great fillings.
