I hate to say this because I come here often but only because it's so close. I live in Prairiewood neighborhood so if I don't have coffee at home, this is the quickest spot to get to. And I'd say four out of five times. I'm here end I up late for a meeting or call because it seems like every order takes 10 min... Any car in front of me takes about 10 to 15 minutes. Like no exaggeration it's always over the top if there's more than three cars in line I know I'll be there at least 20 minutes. There's not another Caribou in the city that moves at this slow of a oace. read more

I ordered a coffee and because of medical issues I had to go back to the car to wait for my order . I had my nephew go and pick it up and they said they didn't have my order. I went back later and told them what happened and they said they didn't give my nephew the order because they didn't recognize while I understood that they should've been honest in the first place. As much as I love supporting small local coffee shops I must say this Caribou Coffee does a great job being a chain coffee shop and doing it well. I frequent this shop to get on wifi and get some work done and every time I've been there the staff is quick and very friendly and the drinks are always awesome! If you need a place to set up your laptop or relax with a good book for a few hours this is your place! The atmosphere is a little loud but I always put on headphones and read anyways. They have plenty of seating too with outlets on the side wall. read more

This review is 3.5 stars. Their espresso is decent. It definitely satisfies the addiction. It's not the best in town, but it does the job and it's pretty easy to find a Caribou around. But their hot cocoa is awesome! They actually melt little chocolate chips into it. And you get a choice of 3 flavors- milk, dark, or white. read more

Great service and nice employees but they need to pay closer attention to what they put in drinks. For the second time i asked for almond milk and got regular milk. As a lactose intolerant person this can be very painful. So please for all that is holy, when someone asks for almond milk, they have a good reason. read more

My experiences with this Caribou have always been great both from the coffee itself and the service. I stopped in a couple weeks ago on a Saturday morning and it was the busiest I've ever seen. The drive through had many cars and I would estimate there were about 50 people inside the store - which gives you an indication of how big this location is. Great treats and coffee depending on what you get chocolate chunk cookie, is moist and delicious I did, however detect a hint of cinnamon in the cookie which was okay just not my cup of tea. My friend chose the lemon poppy seed cake which was not all that good don't know if it was an off day in Making it but the texture and taste was really off on the lemon poppy seed cake some bites had more lemon then others and it was rather dry. read more

I love Caribou Coffee, and I hate not having one in my city! This was was adorable little shop and the staff was great! I needed something non-caffeined and they came through beautifully! Nationwide chains are something that I typically steer away from. This particular caribou location is unique and worth the stop. It starts with the smell. The unique smell of the strip mall creates a memory that you will always remember (odd, I know). The atmosphere is perfect for reading, doing homework or just conversing with company. I always order the straight-up black coffee (light roast) and I'm satisfied. But the true takeaway is the environment. Great vibes from the friendly service and colorful interior. read more

Caribou is amazing! I used to be a Starbucks lover but I tried caribou once and I am hooked and in love. Their coffee and teas are fantastic (my favorite is the campfire mocha both hot and cold). Last week Caribou messed up my drink, no big deal. I always get the same drink- iced vanilla soy latte and it tasted like someone slipped on the vanilla. I called in and informed them, they asked if I would like to come in for another and I explained I will have to go without the coffee, I was in a time crunch. No big deal, mistakes happen! Today I went back to caribou for my "free drink that would be waiting for me". I realized then that I should've gotten her name (of course they asked) but she seemed she was busy and in a hurry to get off the phone with me. Today, the drive thru barista made me feel I did not deserve the drink, that they "usually don't do this" and "they're just very confused". All in all an experience I did not deserve as a paying customer and out of basic human decency. Sure, the barista gave me the drink, but she made me feel like crap about it. I'll bring my business elsewhere next time for sure. read more

This place is always awesome. I have been going here for many years and never have I had a bad drink, if you haven't been there I recommend the mint condition cooler, if your not into strong tasting coffee beverages. I like me drinks to have A subtle coffee taste, they do have stronger coffee but the coolers are my favorite. read more
