Customer service here is impeccable, they treat you as if you are family. Your order comes quick and fresh! Portions are decent and price is fair $10 for a burger, drink, and dessert!

I understand that prices need to be increased due to economic conditions, but $7.15 for a double cheeseburger that I can get at Keith's Dugout for $5 is just ridiculous, and I like Keith's better anyway, no thanks. Had I seen the price prior to ordering I would have left.

Double hamburger with cheese and bacon, plus mustard, ketchup, pickles, onions, mayo, lettuce, tomato and jalapeno. Old fashioned good food!

Going to Wilson's is like going back in time and dinning at a mom and pop hamburger joint from yesteryear. The restaurant does not have an expansive menu, but instead focuses on the items making up their specialties: burgers, dogs, fries, onion rings, malts, and pieces of pie. Long a fixture in Findlay, the establishment is short on signage, and can be confusing to navigate for a first-time patron. Customers queue up at the cash register and place their orders (including any condiments you want on your sandwich), then once the food is delivered to a bright blue tray, move off to one of the restaurant's booths or a stool along the windows wrapping around three sides of the building. In my case, I ordered a double hamburger with bacon and cheese, plus mustard, ketchup, pickles, onions, mayo, lettuce, tomato, and jalapeno. With a big, 'boss' sized Pepsi, my total was less than $7, which felt like a great price! The food itself was not fancy, but the portions are decent and it tasted good! I especially enjoyed how the diced onions on my burger mixed in with the ketchup and mustard, reminding me of the way my grandma used to serve 'hamburgs' back when I was a kid. Also, much like hamburger shops of yesterday, patrons do not bus their own tables, and instead staff come by and clean up the tables after customers leave. For good food at good prices, and a great trip back in time, I rate Wilson's Sandwich Shop as being Very Good, and look forward to returning!

Wilson's burgers are what a burger is supposed to be! I truly respect any business that lasts as long they have, they've been serving burgers since the 1930s! I live in Michigan, but if I am traveling near Findlay, I need to stop here! I like to order a triple cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard, bacon, jalapeno, onion and pickles If you have that you don't need anything else, but the fries are tasty too. I haven't had their breakfast but I am interested I highly recommend Wilsons for the perfect classic burger in a cool old school diner!

The food is not good. McDonald's is way better. Staff is not that friendly. Would go elsewhere.

Wilson's hamburgs has been a favorite since my dad took our family there back when I was a kid in the 60's.

Al and his wife are as passionate…read moreabout customer service as they are about serving a great product, and they care so much about their product that they carefully source only the best, Midwestern-produced ingredients. Sure, other hot dogs might be cheaper, but they only serve Koegel Vienna franks, produced in Flint, MI. Likewise, other potato chips might be more profitable to sell, but they only carry Ballreich's chips, made locally in Tiffin, OH. Now Al might not tell you where he gets some of his amazing ingredients, like the neon green relish that makes his Chi Dawg so authentically Chicago, but you can sure taste the quality difference! Our family has been running into the Weenie Dawgs cart for years, especially on weekends at Mary Jane Thurston State Park in Grand Rapids, or on Wednesdays at the Bowling Green farmer's market. As one might expect, we all have different favourites: mine is the Chi Dawg, my son loves the Juan Hot Mama Dawg with the spicy Koegel sausage, my wife prefers the Detroit Dawg, while one daughter goes with the vegetarian dawg and the other the Texas Dawg. So no matter your interest, Weenie Dawgs probably has a dog for you! PROS: very friendly staff, very good food, and reasonable prices CONS: being a food truck, they can be challenging to locate Overall I rate Weenie Dawgs as being Very Good, and look forward to finding them again!

I loved the paprika and sour cream sauce. I ordered the roast beef sliders with the horseradish aioli on the side. They were amazing! I wish I could cook roast beef like these sliders. Lauri laughs when I say it smells like Ohio when walking in; woody and old and alive in all its dim lighting and kitsch. tables are nice for groups but it's just us so we sit at the bar and we get a Packo's Feast plus an extra cabbage roll - we're here catching up so 'food' was more of a place for meeting than a reason, but get an extra cabbage just the same. hand rolled seasonal beefs and porks and rice wrapped in cabbages and simmered in a thick tomatoey sauce, plated lightly sauced with hot pickles on the side - man these are good. the hot dogs are more like smoke sausage than weiners and split because that's how it's done; plus onions, kraut, and yellow mustard (just like god intended) under a generous slather of dog sauce plus hot pickles on the side. cup of chili comes with an equal amount of baby oyster crackers in second a bowl. now i shall spend the afternoon musing on a simpler place in time. the last law of thermodynamics states that food is cold at the same temperature where beer is warm. but good food will still be good at room temperature or even out of the fridge (a few items test the hypothesis but don't break it) so sit and talk and listen, the food will still be there...
