I'm glad I got two sandwiches because there is no way I could have picked a favorite. Robin also shared that she sources eggs, honey, maple syrup, and whatever else she can locally. It definitely makes a difference. The hummus and veggies were the perfect appetizer to munch on while Robin made our sandwiches. I gotta say, the dill pickle hummus will probably reappear one night in my dreams. So good and so memorable. A couple of other quick hits: the peanut butter cookie (with PB frosting!) and a cup of Dandy Blend to wash it down.
