I bought a mattress from Christian's mattress Express in Lompoc California that had a 10-year…read morewarranty. 3 years after buying the mattress, l noticed that the mattress did not come back up like it was supposed to, leaving an obvious hole. I got in touch with the store told them what was going on and they took the information from me and then submitted it to the home office and told me that I would be getting an email from them. I did get an email and they asked me for information to fill out a complaint form and I did. After that 2 months went by and nothing happened I went into the store again and told them and the person there said there was nothing that they could do if the home office was not willing to help me! What a rip off! Why would I buy something with a 10-year warranty and then when there was a problem be told oh I'm sorry we can't help you now! So buyer beware!

All of the staff was super friendly in fact, including the big guys they had on site to assemble the furniture that day were awesome, especially the body-builder guy with a man-bun. We were looking for twin mattresses for our old Craftmatic adjustable bed. Mario had them (2022…read moremodels) in his warehouse available but didn't have the 2023 and would have to order them. Mario was very honest with what he was describing to me on the bed and warranties, I hate taking a star off but Serta has an unusual way of pro-rating the warranty. The 2023 model has a 10 year warranty, while the 2022 has a 9 year warranty, being this 2022 is a 9 year warranty it now only has a 8 year warranty, doesnt make sense to me versus example if I go to Walmart and buy a battery they sell me a battery and its pro-rated at the time of purchase, any way, I had my wife visit this store and another store with the 2023 model. She liked how the 2022 model felt and wasn't impressed with the 2023 model so we bought this one here at Christianson, even though the other store would of matched the price of $1000 for the 2023 model. This was a Black Friday sale and didn't have to spend $2818 for both twins. The delivery guys were were polite and careful in placing the bed upstairs.

I also love that they have beds from smaller local manufacturers. While the shop itself has a smaller selection than commercial shops, I've successfully found a bed I love twice now.
