I just purchased a full size mattress from them. All these experiences have been exceptionally pleasant. I find they carry quality products at extremely reasonable prices. The sales people are always very helpful and friendly, not stupid and condescending as in so many other shops. The products are always beyond expectation in quality and craftsmanship, supplied from many different companies. They delivered my mattress free of charge in Lompoc, and removed the old mattress. They will not work with me to try to resolve the issue. Currently I cannot even sleep on this mattress due to lower back pain the sagging is way more than an inch that they measured. I have taken pictures and I am extremely extremely dissatisfied with this warranty.
