I just purchased a full size mattress from them. All these experiences have been exceptionally pleasant. I find they carry quality products at extremely reasonable prices. The sales people are always very helpful and friendly, not stupid and condescending as in so many other shops. The products are always beyond expectation in quality and craftsmanship, supplied from many different companies. They delivered my mattress free of charge in Lompoc, and removed the old mattress. Chose a third couch and was told they would call/come over in 4 days. I never heard from them. Three days of waiting to hear from them made me decide to cancel my purchase and get my check back. The owner then told me he wasn't sure if my check had been processed but have it taken care of by Monday (three days later). Wasn't, and still hasn't been taken care of. I offered to show them a copy of the cancelled check. That made no difference.
