I am treated with respect. I love this place because this is the first adult center that I love. They have many activities for you to do here, and the food is DELICIOUS!!! I have been to many places that I was never comfortable at and I feel good and comfortable being here. I have never been upset or disappointed here. There was a time where I was told of things that you couldn't do here, and I took it in my own hands to try the place out and I am not disappointed. They constantly call the caregivers while they are with the client, they call clients to check to see if the caregivers are at the residence. They call to schedule nurse visits & tell you the nurse will call and the nurse NEVER calls and NEVER shows up! This company should not be allowed to operate as a business under any name because they are pitiful. Caseworkers are a joke. They never answer their phones. If I didn't want to start all over again for a search to find better agencies, I would just cancel them but, after many different caregivers, we finally find one who works well with our loved one and is a sheer delight to have in our home. If it wasn't for this caregiver, we would definitely leave!
