He told us he would show us homes and answer question but didn't do the paper work. He took notes on each visit. He truly tried to help us out. We decided on a home went through the the getting approved and everything went fairly smooth, BUT: Ken Kennedy the Home Center Manager got involved in the paper work side of things and everything went down hill. VERY poor communication and keep changing what he said. Never a straight answer and always blaming us or the banks for everything. We waited several weeks with no communication from them so we had to contact the back to find out what was going on. We sent in all required paper work and had paid our deposit and our down payment. Finally our bank got the ball rolling. On every conversation with Ken Kennedy he was always blaming everything on someone else. The day of signing we meet up and he had a notary there notarizing blank unsigned documents, the notary never verified our id and signature. Ken said it was normal. Ken kept over and over insuring they were not responsible for pad and permits and utility hook ups. Then he started degrading any contractor doing the work that wasn't his friend. Kept harping on his friend (his Guys) do it right and he would call his friends and ask if our contractors were any good. This was very condescending and belittling to me and my wife. His whole attitude was treating us as we were dumb and stupid about getting a mobile home. My sister-In-Law who we brought to look at trailer and to witness walked out of the office building when Ken started belittling my contractors and us. Shortly after that it got heated and I told Ken Kennedy it was none of his business who my contractors where. He didn't like this and grabbed all the paper work and walked out. Said he wasn't going to sell us the home. The bank had sent in everything, we had did all required. Kens Kennedy's own pride and arrogance got in the way of a successful transaction. Ken Kennedy, himself took it on himself to ruin a good thing. Ken Kennedy never spoke a straight sentence, always blaming everyone else. Bill Alford

On top of that the pricing was extraordinarily over the top. When asked if they would discount some of the silver items like all the other things on the regular discount days I was told they answered it depends on the item. I would strongly suggest instead going to eBay for any purchases of value and avoiding these sales. I myself will never attend another one of their sales unless there's something extraordinarily worth me waiting all day and spending a stupid amount more than it's worth. I've been to lots of their sales and I'm always annoyed and disappointed. Not again. Do better!!!

They put up signs telling people not to park on both sides of the street. That makes it safer for their customers and the neighbors. They do an excellent job displaying the merchandise so that it is pleasant to look at an easy to find what you want. If I were to need to liquidate my estate right now, Execute might be the company I pick because they are protective of the owner's belongings. They know how to price items so the owner gets a fair price, but they don't price things so high that a lot of it doesn't sell or that everyone waits for the 50% off day. There are some companies that over price things so much that most people just look around on full price day to see what they want to buy on 50% off day. This was a particularly fun estate sale largely because the owner had things that just screamed happiness and fun. Most item were well priced so when I saw something I liked, I just got it on the first day rather than take a chance it might be gone. The only thing I waited on was a parrot on a swing. The first day price was just more than I wanted to pay. It was probably worth that much, but not for me. I placed a bid on it and was so happy when I won. Just looking at what was in the house, I guessed the man was a dentist, golf enthusiast, and was moving to Costa Rica. I was right. He had left that morning.
