At the appointment: When it came time for the appointment, the technician (who was on time and fully communicative) went above and beyond in the best way. Not only did the technician answer my 100 questions and concerns about smart locks, but he also advised me my options with different locks throughout the property to balance safety and cost. I thought they would only replace the locks but they also were able to replace the doornobs, offering several appealing options in the style I wanted. They had a variety of options for locks too - regular door locks, deadbolts, and smart lock varieties. They even cleaned off the door all around the doornob because it was dirty and looked a little gross! My biggest joy has to be that they were able to use the same locks on multiple doors so we could use one key for all the doors, which is a lifesaver because I was startingbri appear as a janitor with so many keys, lol. After it was all done, they made me a bunch of copies of the key, which was helpful and honestly unexpected because I thought I'd have to go to Lowes after to do that myself given the million and one copies we needed for various family members. Vibes: it was such a seamless experience with an incredibly friendly, helpful, technician who treated my house with respect (eg no outside shoes inside) and was patient with my questions/concerns. Cost: Pricing was all competitive with other companies I considered. The entry key is part of the FOB and an important part of a working FOB. He told me that I now need to go to a dealer to have the keys cut which means extra time and money. Jayden quickly found and fixed the issue I was having with my door hand and lock. He also spend some time trying to fix my deadbolt too, but he realized the key pad needed to be replaced. Though he worked on it for quite a while, he didn't charge me for it. The Professional Locksmith seems like a good, honest company with knowledgeable workers. Another company told me the handles were beyond repair and needed to be replaced and quoted me $300, but Jayden fixed it for half that.
