This is my neighborhood deli, and I'm embarassed to say I don't frequent it enough. My days of slurping down BECs on the reg are way behind me, and the cost to eat out is just too much right now. But for an occasional treat... when you get that BECSPK itch, this deli is the move. Let's start with the shop. It's your traditional thin Long Island deli layout. Clean, nice digital displays, solid food offerings. Now on to the staff - they are AWESOME. Friendly, funny, quick to take your order and fulfill it. I brought my two young kids and they entertained them with lollipops and toys. A+. Now onto the food - I got a BECSPK with HB and it was everything I dreamed of and more. The hashbrowns were a pro-move addition. Bacon was crispy and delicious. Everything was just what I needed. My kids got a blueberry muffin which they loved, and a one egg BECSPK which she savored every bite of. Her biggest complaint - she had to take off some of the pieces of bacon cause she couldn't eat it all with her missing front teeth. That, my friends, is a good problem to have. I purchased a premade Greek salad with Chicken wrap. The wrap size was normal to small, no side potato salad or macaroni or drink was offered with the purchase for a total of $13.02. Yes $13.02 for a small wrap. I was asked if I wanted a bag with the wrap, I guessing that was an extra fee associated with my order. The wrap was good but nothing to write Yelp about. Went here for 1st time last week and still aggravated I wasted $ there. Really annoyed I was lied to when I asked specifically before ordering if the tomato soup was actually made there or if it was just "Campbells" soup because some delis actually just serve that (gross.) The guy working there said he was "sure" it was homemade soup. I also ordered a "grilled chicken" wrap. When I got home I opened up a pint of Campbell's soup - ughhh!! What made it even worse was the "grilled chicken" wrap was sliced deli meat - NOT grilled chicken. What kind of a deli doesn't even have grilled chicken for their sandwiches??? I really LOVE this deli! They are friendly, make our coffees to order, and get our orders perfect every time. I've been really enjoying this wrap I've been having them make me...egg whites, spinach, provolone and crispy bacon in a tomato wrap. It is perfect...it's big so I usually eat half when I first get it, and the other half a little later and the ingredients are quality. We've been coming here about 1x a week (it's new to me, but my fiancee has been going here for a while) and I'm so glad we live so close! I only wish I knew about them sooner! This deli is one of my favorites. Their chicken salad is to die for. And their potato salad is nothing like I've ever tasted before. When we're having hamburgers for dinner you already know we're getting some of this potato salad because it is the best potato salad ever. Being the closest deli to my house it is so unfortunate the customer service from the employees being so bad and nasty either by phone or in person. Placing an order to a person very short and with arrogant attitude is disappointing. The fist time there was good with the guy but the rest of the employees are rude. Covid or being busy are not excuses to mistreat people and even throwing the food over the counter to costumers. Even with that attitude I was still ordering from them trying to think everyone has bad days but today I got fed up with this place. I feel sorry about the guy bc he is nice but all of his employees are nasty and rude. The one star I'm giving is just for the food wich is fine. Maybe the reason is being an Hispanic customer? Really close to my job and I have a tough time not going here everyday. Really good selection of specialty sandwiches. Daily lunch specials are great, they email them right to you. Lemme tell you something bout their soup... Damn good. I havent had bacon in NE clam chowder before but its great from here. I have yet to have a bad cup. Line gets a little long around noon so I tend to head over there around 2-2:30. Really friendly staff, everyone at my job knows the staff by name. read more

Great deli, i come here all the time for breakfast sandwiches. I have never been here for lunch though. The service is great here you never have to wait too long for your order. Even if there is a long line there is usually more then 2 workers behind the counter taking orders. The egg sandwiches are great and they are not greedy with their bacon! if you're really hungry get the bubba sandwich which has bacon, sausage, ham, eggs and cheese. All sandwiches come with a coffee, tea or juice. Overall a good place to order from. Only problem i have is that it is a little more expensive compared to other deli's. read more

Well this was my first time here at this deli on my lunch break. I called my order in along with 2 other sandwiches, over the phone they told me about a 30 min wait . I arrived there at about the 30 minute mark. When I arrived my order wasn't even started. I than had to wait about another 15 minutes, than when I open the sandwich to eat it they have given me the complete wrong order. I drove by this place without even noticing it for 8 years on my way to work, but finally managed to spot it. I now go there twice a week in the morning for an egg sandwich. The deli is always clean, the people working there in the morning are fast and friendly and I really like that they give you a coffee or juice with your egg sandwich. My favorite thing about this deli is that the bacon they serve on their egg sandwiches is always fresh and cooked well. A lot of delis, because they're busy, cook huge mounds of bacon at the same time and then it just sits and either gets dried out or overcooked or both and doesn't end up tasting much like bacon at all. Not this place. Here, the bacon must be cooked to order, because it's perfect every time. This may be why it takes a couple of minutes longer than some delis to get a breakfast sandwich, but it's totally worth it. read more

Clean deli. I've ordered bacon & eggs on a roll without salt, pepper, cheese, only to get there and find out I've got pepper & salt and sometime cheese on the sandwich. So now I have to wait till they make another sandwich, which defeats the whole purpose of calling it in. Today I bought a ceasar salad with chicken ($7.99), but I could tell the chicken was dry the minute I tried to put my fork in it. So I called them and spoke to someone, said no problem, just bring it back and ask for Alice. So no lunch for me. So after work I went there and asked for Alice. Her only comment was that they sell alot of those salads. So I guess she was trying to tell me that I don't know dry chicken from moist chicken. That's not what I expected.
