Appointment was rescheduled for the afternoon of 11/18 and unfortunately there was a fuel truck rollover that closed I95N and congested other routes to the salon that prevented my wife from making it to her appointment. After the salon canceled the original appointment with less than 24 hours notice you might have thought that they would be accommodating of a long time client that couldn't get to the appointment on time due to the road closure. Unfortunately the late cancellation invoice my wife received for the full cost of the signature haircut would indicate otherwise...
