No return call, though their website says 24/7. Sunday comes around, no return call. I call them Monday morning and still, nothing. I call my home warranty company tell them the problem and they put me on hold for a few minutes and say the guy will call me. He did within 5 minutes. Seriously? Unless I "tell on them" I don't get any reply. Then he tells me that he's very busy and the soonest he can get out here is Wednesday. He asks me if that is ok, and I say I need it sooner. He says he can only do that, he's got a lot of work. Then says.. "Ok, so Wednesday." My reply was "well, if that's all you can do and I don't have a choice, I guess I'll have to live with it." They were punctual, efficient, and knowledgeable completing each of the projects that I had asked them to address. 1) Remove and Replace the shower-head in the Master Bathroom 2) Removed the old kitchen faucet, purchased a new one on our behalf, and installed the new one. 3) Unclogged a drain in one of the bathroom sinks. 4) Replaced the drain stopper underneath the kitchen sink.
