It seemed to be an issue with the main line and they spent the entire rest of the Sunday digging up the front yard area to look for the leak. On Monday, the next day, they came back with their entire team of 3-4 people who trenched the area until they located the leak. Once they identified the leak, they were able to quickly fix it and restore the landscaping to the original condition, even finding the right colour-matched mulch. The entire exercise did cost close to $6,000, and I don't know how that compares to other companies; however, it was a job well done and the problem was addressed in a timely manner.

They were punctual, efficient, and knowledgeable completing each of the projects that I had asked them to address. 1) Remove and Replace the shower-head in the Master Bathroom 2) Removed the old kitchen faucet, purchased a new one on our behalf, and installed the new one. 3) Unclogged a drain in one of the bathroom sinks. 4) Replaced the drain stopper underneath the kitchen sink. They also tested the quality of our water at our residence to determine how hard the water is with the current water treatment system that we have in our household and provided us a quote for an alternative option for water treatment. Poor Service, Overpriced, and Incomplete Work…read more I had a disappointing experience with this plumber. A few days after he performed a descaling on my Navien tankless water heater, an error code appeared. When I called him, his immediate response was that the recirculation pump had broken down and that it wasn't his fault if mechanical parts fail. I asked him to at least come and inspect the unit before making that determination over the phone, but he said the earliest he could come was four days later and "this is not on him". I did my own research and consulted another plumber. I was able to clear the error code myself simply by cleaning the filters. According to maintenance guidelines, a proper annual service should include both descaling the heat exchanger and cleaning the filters. Descaling alone is not considered complete maintenance, which means the service I received was incomplete. On top of that, the pricing was not transparent. He initially quoted $99, but when he arrived he demanded $175. Overall, I found the workmanship poor, the customer service dismissive, and the pricing unjustified. I cannot recommend this plumber based on my experience.

These folks always are on top of scheduling, seem to dispatch a plumber either right away for emergencies or in a couple days for a routing call. I've had them do under-house pipe breaks, new water heaters, sewer cleanouts, new toilet install, old toilet fixes, name it! Rain or Shine they ALWAYS come through for me. And in contrast to other plumbers, they dont demand on the spot payment or call you daily to pay after a job. They send a invoice with online payment you can do a few days later or as your business process invoices. There may be other plumbers as great as them but I'll probably never know becuase, I wont switch
