The on demand water heater quit working the week before Thanksgiving. We had family headed our way for the holiday week. Amer was able service the on demand water heater 1 day after I had called his service. Miguel Fernandez came within a couple.of hours of my call and within the time I wad told to expect him. I was expecting a major issue with no hot water coming into the house. Miguel spotted an open valve causing hot and cold water to mix almost immediately. He was able to diagnose and fix an ongoing blockage in my main line that was caused when another plumbing company incorrectly performed a hydro-jetting. The company who caused the problem in the first place had been out 5 times before after the hydro-jetting and each time they failed to correct what they had done wrong. Anytime Plumbing installed a new angle stop and supply line to our toilet. It was not an easy fix, considering the tiny amount of space around the area. Front desk promptly took our information, and within minutes of speaking with Amer who assessed the issue over the phone, Jerry called saying there was a last minute cancellation. Jerry came next day to deal with a leaking toilet. The simple wax ring was not the problem and Jerry found the smoking gun, a cast steel pipe below. Sam and James have just left. They showed me the cracked pipe and the replaced pipe and the video footage of the pipe draining effectively. Job well done.
