This was the second Plumber we used after going to Mr. Router three different times. This place because of their reviews I found online because I didn't want to take the risk again of having the same problem happen with our kitchen sink. Long story short is they discovered a pipe that had fallen from the secure area under the house and was bent. Mr. Rooter continued to come out and flush, which only temporarily solve the problem. These guys came in and fixed it and explained exactly what had happened and what went wrong. They replaced 12 feet of pipe which was very much appreciated. Had a water heater fail at 7 PM Friday night. Contacted Expert Plumbing through Yelp. They got in touch within 10 minutes of my request and were able to schedule next-day service. Their estimator gave an arrival window of between 9 am and 11 am. Moe arrived at about 9:30. He gave a very reasonable estimate, and when he learned that the house was without hot water, he was able to move some other appointments and get a replacement water heater and install scheduled same-day. Business gave an estimated arrival time of between 1-3 PM for their tech, Ariel. Ariel arrived about 1:45 PM. He was super nice, and his work was very professional and clean. Expert Plumbing excelled in communication and providing great service when it was needed. They sent pictures of their guys before they arrived. They gave update texts when their people were en route to the house. They were reliable in their time estimates. They did good work. Their team was super friendly.
