I have never had a worse experience then this in my life my money was literally stolen I went in office to remove my wisdom teeth's because they were bothering me & pushing on my teeth doctor checks me out & says that highly recommends two crowns to be able to protect my teeth/investment i told him whatever I need to get done to do my Invisalign's. after 3 weeks of having my crowns done I start having a lot of pain in my mouth especially while eating on both sides of my mouth I make an appointment & tell the doctor that after the procedure was done. I'm having a lot of pain in my mouth so I was diagnosed with having a hard bite during sleeping that I need to get myself a set of night guards, so I go ahead & buy a set & the pain does not go away. So at this point I lost complete trust for this company I went ahead & found another dentist that was recommended to me & I go in for a cleaning & i tell him that I have an extreme amount of pain in my mouth especially while eating first things first they do x-rays & then check my mouth & they found the $100 crowns that was use on me & charged a couple thousand dollars to put on & put incorrectly & that's not even the worse case I was never told that i had multiple cavities & told after all of this was done im ready to get the Invisalign procedure done. I call & speak to a manager & was told that there's nothing that can be done that they would have to speak to the doctor that did the treatment & see if he would make the refund I asked for. They are not willing to help given the situation. This has been a nightmare. I do not recommend this company at all!!!! read more

I recommend dentist/hygienist Lilly to perform your exams and dental cleaning every six months.​ Shes an angel, she will walk you through the procedures very gently. I've been coming here for the past few years now and can finally comment on how pleased I am with the quality of service. Let's start with the difficult journey that I've had in the past with previous dentists that left me afraid of even basic cleanings which made me dread my annual visits. I've had root canals, crowns, and cleanings since coming here, and I no longer faint from panic attacks or shake in fear. The nice view doesn't hurt either. I cannot day enough good things about this dental office, 1st they make sure your room is sanitized before entering 2nd the staff is amazing 3rd DR. Fiallo is one of the gentlest dentists and so professional 4th and most important he will work with you if you have NO insurance the prices he gives you are fair and always explains everything before doing the work 5th when he does do the work he lets you know what he's doing and why also I'm terrified of the needle and he found every way to make me comfortable while removing 2 wisdom teeth. (PART 2) I made my appointment for 5:30pm. As soon as I arrived I had to sign a paper agreeing to allow them to bill my insurance which I thought was odd since I hadn't even got serviced yet.. She directed me to an empty room and I waited for the doctor to see me. Little did I know his assistant, who speaks no English, was the one who took a look at my teeth. I asked her if they were going to replace the wire i already have in my broken Spanish and she said she had to ask the doctor. I overheard her and the doctor talking in Spanish and after some time the front desk lady, Adriana surely came in to let me know I would had to pay more money. I told her that was fine. She was pushy and said I had to pay before getting serviced. I told her that was fine to bill my insurance. She rolled her eyes and said my insurance does not cover it. I told her to double check as I was sure my insurance does in fact cover it. The office manager herself told me the day before that everything would be covered. She complained and told me the office manager was not there so she'd have to call her to verify... as if I was inconveniencing HER. I asked when I would be seeing the doctor only for her to snap at me and tell me he was not there. At this point, I was quite confused. His assistant just told me she was going to get him and now this lady is telling me he is not there? I told her what his assistant told me and she again rolled her eyes and told me "I don't know what she told you but I am telling you he just left." At this point I am very upset and confused for a few reasons. She is telling me that my insurance does not cover it when the day before my appointment the office manager told me my insurance covers everything, the fact that the "doctor" bounced on his patients with no explanation or apology from him or his staff, not to mention the staffs entire attitude. Adriana storms out and his assistant comes in and tells me the doctor left early. People, in what world do you make an appointment and the doctor decides to bounce and leave early?! I was not having it as I left work early and drove over an hour in traffic to only be told that he skipped town. Adriana returns and tells me that she verified with the office manager and sure enough my insurance does in fact cover it but that unfortunately if I want to remove my wire his assistant is not equipped to do that solo as she is not a doctor. I proceed to ask her what they plan on doing with the other patients since he left. She said she works closely with the doctor so she knows more or less how to do things but nothing in regards to removing wiring. I then asked who would take my impressions and xrays and she replied well " I'm not a doctor but I can try?" Talk about unprofessional............. She said she could book another appointment with him that same week at the same time... I told her to make it first thing in the morning this way in case he decided to leave early, I would be able to see him. She told me not to worry that he'd see me and I was his first appointment. I ended up leaving only to get a call the next day from the office manager telling me that "Dr" Carlos Fiallo does not want to be my orthodontist to find another one. In all honestly, I didn't know how to react. I expected an apology for having made me drive over an hour and him to apologize for his unorganized office staff but instead I was being informed that he is refusing service? For what reason, I am not sure. I voiced this and the office manager was rude and told me ultimately if the doctor is refusing service it is his decision. I realize this review is quite lengthy but all you need to know is "DR".CARLOS FIALLO AND STAFF ARE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE AND YOU SHOULD NOT BOTHER PAYING THEM A VISIT. 0/10 read more

I've tried them all but after my experience with at this wonderful office, I'll NEVER go anywhere else. From the moment you call to book an appointment you are given the "pretty woman " experience. You're treated as if you're the only patient. No rushing you off the phone. No, "thank you for calling please hold". They respect your time, answer every question and ensure you're satisfied before hanging up. They text, call and or email your appointment reminder. If you're like me, you need all three reminders. And you feel like family when you arrive. They're so sweet. I knew I needed a lot of work so I was embarrassed to even be there. Dr. Fiallo never once made me feel bad. He acted as if it wasn't that big of a deal. Other dentists made me feel ashamed for taking too long to get help and lectured me. But Dr. Fiallo was just happy he could help. I was extremely nervous, stiff during the procedure. DIDN'T FEEL A THING! I loved him so much I took my nervous 10 year old. He loved it. What kid loves the dentist. Let me just start by saying that if I could put zero stars I absolutely would. I've genuinely never in my life encountered a more unprofessional staff. To say that that the quality of service and attention given to me abysmal would be doing it a justice. The demeanor and manners of the staff resembles a lounge rather than a professional orthodontic office. I'm not sure if the people working there realize they are at work or not but it seems that every question and or comment I (the patient made) irritated them. I was made to feel as a nuisance in a place where I should feel cared for and attended to. In addition to this, after already arriving at my appointment, I am then notified that the doctor is no longer present. In other words, this orthodontist office truly is a lounge now because there isn't even a doctor on the premises. Long story short, if you want to be treated as pest that is actually making the staff work (because clearly they don't want to) as opposed to letting them enjoy their shift on Instagram, then this is the place to go! Very bad experience with an implant of more then 2000USD. Doctor Carlos R Fiallo didn't realize that the implant needs to be well supported. When I've called the office to ask if I can go to another doctor to fix it as I was in Spain and if they asume the expenses. The answer of the finance manager was no no way. It is not question of assuming the expenses it is question of apology that I never heard it is question of empathy. I am a keynote speaker and during my presentation the implant fell in my mouse, it was embarrassing. I was obliged to visit a doctor outside the country, the doctor was surprised of the way Doctor Carlos R Fiallo install it, as it is imposible to do it without any support, the doctor build for me a provisional fiberglass support to be able to glue it and asked me to fix it asap. I will never recommend Dr. Carlos not only because of negligence it is because of the way he empowered his associates to give the NO without offering any possible solution or at least to say "Sir we are very sorry". read more
