I've never really had any issues at all. Food has always been what I expect from a fast food place ‍. Everything was cooked right and nothing was missing. We ordered 2 burgers 2 fries and 2 drinks for lunch. When we got our order I noticed that they only gave us only 2 small packets of ketchup for our two orders of fries.I told the person at the counter that we would need more than 2 small packets . . She said that extra ketchup would be 50 cents per packet more. I told here I was not paying for extra ketchup and she could keep our order and we wanted our money back. They gave us our money back and we went to Burgerville and ate our lunch This is the second time we have had very poor service and food from Carls Jr. I noticed on Yelp ,that they do not fair will in the food department So glad that there is so many more better choices out there. Burnt chicken strips. And when I called to complain the manager told me that was her best selling item. It was so rubbery I could not even get my teeth through it with out wiggle with my hand. The hubby and i had been to this carls jr a couple of times before, it was fast food, whatever, they had a lettuce wrap option which is nice. This time we dined in and while we were there, 4 different orders were returned because they were wrong or cold or otherwise messed up. My burger was not cooked through and was gray, the soda machines were half empty, only a couple of the sodas were available, and one of the employees was covered in dog hair. There was only one employee that actually appeared to be working with any sort of energy(can't remember her name she was young and blonde), everyone else was apathetic at best. If I could rate this place zero stars I would. It takes a lot to get me frustrated, but it happened. First the manager or person in charge (Jacqueline) should possibly find another job she likes or she should be fired. Not only was she rude to our family, but I watched her be extremely rude to two other customers. Let's start with ours- we are in town for a softball tournament and decided to just grab a quick bite and figured Carl Jrs is usually non fail, we love ours back home. As you can see in the receipt we ordered special orders- actually both our orders were special and she didn't type mine in and said she would just tell them- needless to say mine was wrong, and so was my husbands. His well he just picked the stuff off his, I actually can't have ketchup at all and I ordered no ketchup and no onions. When I took it back up, she was super annoyed- I tried to be nice- but she decided to speak in Spanish back to her coworker- little did she know I speak Spanish- so the fact that she was was basically calling me a needy bitch- I just let it slide off till they were done making my burger ( didn't want spit ya know-lol) she hands me my burger and I said I'm sorry- I can't have ketchup- her response wasn't " I'm sorry " or "no worries it's our mistake" she said " it's okay" as in she was saying it was okay that I said " I'm sorry but I'm allergic to ketchup " Just completely rude, as I finished my burger ( my entire family was done and waiting on me at this point) deciding wether I was going to tell her I knew what she was saying in Spanish (now to the next Customer) another customer walks in and places his order- I'm at the soda machine and he clearly told him that he was eating in- they gave him a Togo bag and he says " I was gonna eat here " she says " so you'd like a tray or something" so rude- her demeanor-the fact that she very risky talked about me in Spanish for her mess up- I mean ourENTIRE visit was a shamble- and the fact that she was rude to other customers after is exactly why she should be re-evaluated. As a business leader-'I would NEVER be okay with someone treating customers that way- and if she hates her job so much- she shouldn't be the leader representing your business. Side note- the restaurant was clean. So for the ONE star I had to give - it was for that! read more

The online system sucks. I did what I was supposed to do to send the order to the store. Got confirmation. My boyfriend goes to pick up the food and the orders not there he asks about it they said they haven't received it. I look at my order confirmation and it says it was ready at 5:11. It's now 5:20. I sent him screenshots of what we ordered and then it said it would be ready. He started asking, am I going to get my food or am I going to be reimbursed since I already paid for it. Nobody would help him figure out what was going on and they finally got sick of him being there I guess. He told them what we ordered and then they made it wrong. Mine was supposed to be no tomato no lettuce no onions. Mine had onions and lettuce. Just quit with the computer crap and go in and get your order wrong instead. Even if it fell out of the box they didn't closed the box probably if that was the case! But NO my son said it was literally outside the box! No wonder your rate is very very low! We eat fast food about twice a year. This was one of those since we weren't feeling well and didn't want to cook. I drove through the drive through and ordered two sandwiches. We paid and drove to the parking lot to wait for our food. After 25 minutes and cars who came after us had come and gone, my husband went inside to check on our order. "We thought you left " was the staff's reply. They collected and bagged our order. When my husband got to the car and we checked our order, yep, it was wrong. He went back inside and 15 minutes later returned with our order and our money back. A good reminder of why we rarely eat fast food. read more

A hamburger with condiments so we asked for another and returned the wrong burger. During our wait we let our kid start on his nuggets which only came with 6. Got to spend time doing another trip through the drive thru where I was required to show my receipt for the 9 piece. This was my friend time at Carl's Jr. In happy valley. All the crew was very friendly and nice! The cooks who cooked my lettuce wrapped 6 dollar burger did an AMAZING job! Problems. Orders are consistently correct for the items I ordered, just the addition of toppings I get charged for IE: cheese, bacon, never show up on the items. So they have gotten this wrong several times and have not offered me a receipt on a few of the trips. This is the closest Carls to me but now I drive all the way over to 82nd where I know i'm going to get what I PAID for on my menu items. So if I order something with cheese or bacon or to hold the tomatoes, or even light sauce THAT is what I am going to get. Fixes, ASK them to give you the receipt EVERY-TIME and double check everything before you leave. :) read more

Fast friendly service. I have been a Carl's Jr. fan for over 20 years and since it is a chain you'd expect the same thing no matter where you go. But I've been to ones that have terrible service, are dirty, and the food is not up to par. But this one is definitely a good one and the food tasted great. The shakes were very good too. so i just came back from carl's jr. thinking i was gonna get "the famous star" which is advertised to be a 100% plant based vegan patty like i usually do and i ordered it without mayo or cheese but little did i know was that the employee said to us that the burger isnt vegan he said "its not vegan we use the same oil for regular pattys as we do with the vegan pattys so its not vegan" and i got home upset and angry at what i could have been putting in my system. im strictly vegan and having dairy or meats just makes me feel very ill so dont come here if you want a "vegan burger" i complained to corporate because people could have an allergy which can kill someone. im very upset but mostly angry for false advertisement!! read more
