The primal burger was.. aight. The burger and prime rib were good, but the sandwich was a but small, especially for the price of $9. The picture here wasn't a photoshop it was legit and honestly I'd rather order several cheaper burgers to stack. The crunch of the onion rings was good, but doesn't make up for the price. The jalapeño double was good, costs $4 and seemed bigger than the primal. The burger and jalapeños were tasty and I'd order this again. The primal was meh, the jalapeño was good. read more

This Carl's Jr. is connected to a 'loves' store, so it is a one stop shop if you're traveling in or out of Idaho. You can get gas for the car, go to the bathroom, take a shower, buy a souvenir, and get some food. There is no play place at this location. The employees were efficient and when they did not know an answer to my question they got a manager to help me. The order was correct and the food tasted good. read more

If the red headed dude is working late there's a full menu but anyone else and it's burgers and regular fries only. Otherwise they are cleaning the fryers or they are out of any other items. The guy that is thought to be soulless is very friendly and is full of soul. He practically offers all the things the other shift workers don't want to make fresh. I think his name is Chris. Stopped here at 6:00pm, I ordered a small chicken nugget. Did I say chicken nugget? I mean a burnt rock, can't even eat them, better off getting a chicken salad sandwich from the gas station next door. Will never return. Also order 4 spicy chicken sandwich only 2 sandwiches had the jalapenos, and the chicken patties were FROZEN in the middle. Don't waste your time at this dump. This is the worst Carl Jr I have ever eaten at ! First off I can say the staff was friendly and the place was clean .... That is the only good thing I can say about this place Now for the bad ... We got a take out order (we drive a truck and after 700 miles we were tired and hungry ) Order was correct and come out fairly quickly The onion rings were over cooked and so hard you couldn't eat them I asked for extra tarter on the fish sandwich .. I got a tiny dab of tarter. Fish tasted old and dried out The bun was hard Guacamole burger was just plain nasty ! The tomatoes were not rip .. They were greenish pink Three tiny prices of onion that was rubbery The only thing that was edible was the jalapeño poppers and thy were cold This place should be ashamed serving this bad quality food Take note. 4 stars. Here's why. Open 24/7. Right off the highway, in the friggin middle of Nowhere, Idaho. So many times I rolled in there to get a double burger (take your pick) low calories style -- that's in a lettuce wrap. I could have it in any permutation I chose, and they always got it right, no problem. Hot coffee, good burgers, competent employees. When your on the road in the middle of the night, dodging deer and drunk drivers, a Carl's Jr like this is a welcome sight -- beats the crap out of the usual Idaho road side fare (in Idaho, most businesses close early) of seeds and jerky :) read more

All the staff was so polite and friendly - I have never gotten such wonderful service at a Love's before. This was my first time at a Carl's Jr. because I'm from the east and I would hope all of my future experiences are just like this! Even when I didn't hear my number called - instead of continued unanswered screams- they had enough staff on duty to walk and find me to give me my food. Very satisfied. read more

My stop in Heyburn was the first time I was able to try Carl's Jr. The bacon cheeseburger was very good--one of the best I've tried, and especially good for a fast food place. The fries and shake were nothing special. read more

THIS IS DIRTY RESTAURANT SERVING INEDIBLE FOOD. I ordered a sausage and egg burrito and my companion ordered a bacon and egg burrito. She was served a tasteless burrito and I was given a sausage and egg. Which was likewise no a good meal. The best part was the milk and the orange juice. To compound the situation it took twenty minutes to get our food. There are better breakfast offerings in the village. read more

Never, NEVER go into this place. I give it zero stars for the WORST service I have ever had at a drive through. I waited 15 minutes for a frikkin sausage sandwich, and ended up never getting it at all and had to demand my money back before leaving. No one came up to the window with any kind of explanation or apology. The 4 or 5 waitresses simply talked and joked among themselves and seemed utterly unconcerned about me. They weren't even busy. They don't care and they've lost a customer forever. I'll never go back. read more
