There was already a line ahead of me, while a flow of traffic continued to come in. When I placed my order, only two people were working -- a young lady taking the orders and a young man making the food. The young lady seemed annoyed that they were short-staffed (as she should be), and she continued to refer to someone else being in the restroom. She eventually reached her breaking point and went to the restroom, knocking on the door before telling the third employee he needed to come out and help. 10 minutes have passed, and I am still waiting for my food, and the third employee has not come out of the restroom yet. 5 more minutes go by, and he finally comes out. He goes to the sink to wash his hands for at most 10 seconds, and then hops immediately onto the food. If I hadn't been waiting so long and already paid, I would have left immediately. 10 MORE minutes passed, and I am still waiting for my food. At 7:52 PM, my name was finally called to get my food. When I got to my destination, I realized my food was not prepared well, and I could not even stomach it. The sandwich was soggy and cold, the fries were hard, and after watching what I saw as my food was prepared, I just no longer had the appetite. And to make everything worse, the restaurant was filthy. There was trash all over the floor and tables, the soda machine looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks, there was salt spilled all over the drink tops, there were dirty rags under the sink in the food area, AND the machine where they cooked the fries looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. I normally do not leave reviews after a bad service...but was unacceptable. I couldn't even get pictures because I was so disturbed by what I was seeing. Even more, I waited almost an hour for a SMALL sandwich and fries...all to not even be able to eat it.

I had an awesome experience from beginning to end. I was greeted by Brooklyn with a kind smile and welcome and given some direction as to where I needed to go. I was then kindly greeted by Mannie, Mgr and was connected with Norman; who took it from there and made sure that my needs were taken care of. I was in and out in very little time. Each one of the above individuals mentioned, was very customer focused; kind and went over and above and made me feel like such a part of the Walmart family. I drive here from Mansfield because it's so much nicer, bigger, cleaner, and friendly. I've almost always been able to find what I needed. When no one had Christmas PJs, I found them here. When no one had any nice Christmas trees left, they had a nice selection with several options. Granted, I haven't used curbside pickup here. As far as pricing goes, it's like any other Walmart. There's a subway inside, too. I'll keep coming to this location. It's the nicest and cleanest one around.
