Sat in the drive through for way too long. All I got was a burger and 2 drinks. Service was terrible. They ended up making us pull around to the front, then when we finally got the burger it wasn't made right. We dinned inside. The food was wonderful! We tried the California burgers, they were tender, moist, and hot. Everything was perfect and fresh!!! The restaurant was spotless. The staff all worked together helping to see food was taken out and people helped as needed. We will go back! read more

I have eaten at this location a few times and they normally are a good choice when in a rush but had a terrible experience today. We used the drive through as there was no line and ordered a beyond famous star and a breakfast burger. After about 10 minutes waiting we got the most burnt burger I've ever had. Was so badly burned it was covered in a black powder that was all over the lettuce and packaging. It was unpalatable so I asked if I could get another. The manager on site argued with me stating that im wrong and don't know what I was talking about as it's supposed to be like that. The next burger I got was not burned but this time had the grossed texture. The veggies were hard and stale as if kept out all night and used anyway. I couldn't eat all of it and left feeling nauseous. I hope nobody gets food poisoning from here. read more

Ordered a chicken club with NO BBQ sauce - hubby ordered a burger with tomatoes and onions (like the picture showed. Drove 40 miles home and my chicken sandwich COVERED in BBQ sauce, and hubby got a DRY burger with just burgers and cheese. Called the manager to get my money back or make it right, and he YELLED at me - told me ALL chicken sandwiches have BBQ sauce when they get them. Then said my hubby's burger doesn't come with tomatoes and onions regardless of what the photo shows. He was rude, arrogant, and yelled, "bring me my food back and I'll give you your money back", and hung up. I called corporate - THEY are making it right. First to review! Just as good as any other Carl's Jr. location! Even on opening day it was SURPRISINGLY fast! Faster than most other fast food places in town actually! My family are regular customers. About 2x a month. I've had my order messed up more times than not. Today might be the final time. I ordered a large combo meal. Got home, no fries. Ordered another combo meal plain, sandwiches came loaded with the sauce and veggies I didn't want. Ordered multiple drinks, had to request a drink carrier. There wasn't a rush or back-up in the drive thru or anything I could see to cause this problem. Woodland Carl's Jr. gets my orders right. If Vancouver messes up I get an apology and free cookies. I did not go back to correct it this time. I'm tired of doing that. McDonalds is up the road and they rarely mess up my orders. They are cheaper, faster, and can make a plain order. read more

Went to Carl's Jr for lunch today with some friends.. We ordered chicken sandwich meal and jalapeno poppers. When we got to the window to pay there was a angry man there looked to be the manager. we pay and ask for ranch and he put 1 in the bag. We said can we have more ranch, he got 1 more and put it in the bag. there were 3 of us and we didn't want to share each others ranch so we drove around and I went in. Asked the girl behind the counter for a ranch and ketchup she look at the manager like she was scared to give ranch out. He yells I already gave you ranch. I said yes you did but it wasn't enough. We literally got into a argument over ranch. He was so rude and mean. His employees looks scared of him and he is holding the ranch hostage!! Service is great when hes not working. Not very good. Makes me sick everytime I eat here. Used to be alot better. The one in woodland used to be good but i know the the one in Longview is not. The burgers are good but my guts hurt everytime I've tryed eating here. Plus a full meal cost way to much. Like 15 bucks a burger. Just outrages. read more

Love the Grilled Chicken Club Burger! I travel all over Washington & Oregon, & this is a Awesome Carl's Jr! Carl's Jr is my quick on the go place to eat when I don't have time to stop and eat! The multi grain bun on the Chicken Club Burger is so good I can't recomend it enough! I Love the Famous Star Burgers also but the chicken is main stay! This is a well run fast service location very impressed! Plus my order was correct going thru the drive up, gotta love that! Diffantly will be back to this location for more! If this could be a 0 zero it would be. The manager is beyond rude and the service puts standards to a new low. Going through the drive though manager pulled us. We than proceeded to wait 20 mins at which time I got out of my car after watching 5 other cars go and went in to talk with the manager. He was a jerk about it saying oh we are so busy.
